Our stay at PortoBay Flores in Porto was nothing short of exceptional! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Porto has to offer. From the moment we arrived, the service was second to none. Every day, we were delighted to find a new snack and drink waiting for us, adding an extra layer of hospitality that made our stay feel truly special. The breakfast was outstanding—delicious, quick, and served with excellent attention to detail. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. One of the highlights of our stay was the luxurious spa. My wife and I loved unwinding there after a day of exploring the city—it was the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. If you’re looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and perfectly located hotel in Porto, I highly recommend staying at PortoBay Flores. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Hotel, everything you could ever need. We had spa to ourselves, room service food was delicious, room was amazing we opened our doors to a beautiful garden. Staff excellent, breakfast yummy. Location cannot be beaten you walk straight out into street. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Be prepared to walk up hills in Porto!!

Wonderful location, amenities, and staff. It is located on a pedestrian-only street, but only a 5 minute walk to the São Bento station. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel’s central location to a myriad of restaurants, shops, and the riverfront made it very easy to get around. Our room fortunately also had a wonderful view of the city. I would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Porto.

Amazing 5 star hotel with excellent amenities, such as pool, spa, and great bar & restaurant. It is also beautiful and has great decor. I loved the stone look inside. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with tons of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, they gave us robes, slippers, and other kits. Every day they did the bed and provided chocolate and coffee pods, for the coffee machine. We stayed there on Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. The food at the bar and brunch is really good. We had sardines and a charcuterie board with wine and Sangria. The service of the hotel is excellent, they were very attentive and let us check in our luggage for free. We had a late flight, so they let us store the bags for free. The hotel is very well located and centered in Porto, very close to many different attractions. We never took public transportation, but it is close to them. There are also many different restaurants and shops around it. I would stay here again for sure! The hotel is very romantic, quiet, and very safe.

My wife and I took a vacation to Porto and stayed at the PortoBay Flores Hotel. I can't say enough good things about our experience there. The rooms were beautiful, the bathrooms were luxurious, the staff was incredibly professional and courteous, the breakfasts were the best I've had at any hotel, and the location on a pedestrian street was ideal for walking around old Porto. The spa with the saunas and pool were also very nice, and the interior of the hotel is a beautiful combination of old stonework and modern amenities. I couldn't recommend this place more.
