Good established hotel with private beach and pool. Check in was good. Front desk Heni was very warm and friendly. Even upgraded us to a suite room. Room has seaview with balcony. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is very good.

Due to World Cup Qatar 2022, all traveler's who are not citizens of Qatar must obtain a Hayya Card to enter Qatar and World Cup stadiums. Amazing service and super friendly staff in the restaurants, the front desk, the concierge. We were very pleased, and we had a wonderful time at the beach and at Shots Bar for New Year’s Eve. We definitely recommend this hotel since it has excellent service and location.

We arrived at 8am but the staff were very helpful in arranging our room early. An excellent hotel with some excellent facilities. The only negative was the buffet dining, which had good food but was over priced.

The stay was ok until check out.... the lady stated that i had a can of nuts... but only one can was in the fridge when I checked in. I only had a sprite and coke. Once I stated that I never had, the lady received a picture from housekeeping of the fridge. I repeated that I didnt have nuts. then she let me go. I felt like she thought I was lying. If I can afford tol stay 2 nights, clearly I can pay for whatever is in the fridge.

We loved that Hilton has its own beach. Suggestion: not to ask guests to leave the beach around 6pm for cleaning. We were there in September and could stay for another hour at the beach, but were asked to leave. Cleaning the beach area could be done early morning before opening the beach area. We I also would like to thank housekeeper Abu Tarek for his service.

Great hotel, location and staff. Main restaurant for dinner was ‘average’ as expected -so dine elsewhere. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool area and beach were really nice with great views for an ‘evening drink’.

The room had a terrible odour of damp with paint blistered on some walls. The electrics in the bathroom failed during our stay and was repaired by two clowns who attempted the fix while live and nearly electrocuted themselves with a huge bang mid repair.
When filling the bath it was clear the water was a dirty brown colour not very inviting for a soak

Nice property with its own small private beach. Rooms are a good size with good views. Housekeeping was exemplary. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Let itself down on a couple of points; pool area needed more attention to keep pool and surrounding area cleaner and tidy away used food/crockery etc.

The customer services manager Veronica was exceptional. She absolutely made our stay. It was my birthday while we stayed which she noticed herself at check in. She made arrangements for a birthday cake and decorations and personally wished me a happy birthday on the day. Also upon check in we got an upgrade to an amazing suite! Lastly under unforeseen circumstances we had to reschedule our flight which was stressful and upsetting however she eased the stress and made arrangements for us to ensure we could remain in our room until we were ready to go.
I cannot rave enough about her. Her way with customers is at the highest level.
The hotel itself is lovely. All amenities were great and again service of all staff were amazing.
