Movenpick is not really expensive as other hotels in the same floor P11. But it delivers a great experience, start from the reception, the lobby, the lift, the room, the views … all of those are really nice and lovely. Thanks movenpick.

Hotel and all facilities are good, understand that the elevator from GF to P11 is part of Hajar Tower responsibility, but we believe Movenpick management can take a part to ensure its cleanliness, the floor level display of elevator is not well functioning which make Movenpick look like less concern to the facility. For breakfast, if you can add machine or lamp to warm up the pastry it will be great. Since we didn't allow to warm up the pastry on the toaster. Thank you.

My room neighborhood was very noise with their children, playing around and running around in the corridor right in front of my room at the rest visitor hour in the afternoon. I've reported to floor officer in charge, but no response, it happens again in the next day. I can not find peaceful and comfortable in that room. Hotel Management should have rules in the such situations, so not occurring in the future with other visitors.

Very close to Masjidil Haram, you can walk just 2 min to Masjidil Haram and its suit you to support your Umroh moment

You can see holy kaba from your room and extra charge for it, but no problem movenpick have mosque facing to kaaba. Service excelent to guest, for breakfast arabian food and some western food. Overall good review for movenpick mecca. See you
