Great choice- superb location - the quality of the accommodation attention to detail and facilities are first class - pre stay information was very good and the free local secure parking was a nice bonus - highly recommended

Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and clean. Washer and dryer and full kitchen was wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Location was near a great selection of restaurants and shopping. Parking is free but a bit of a walk. No lift so have to carry bags up the stairs.

Very nice property with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we had to haul our heavy luggage up and down a steep staircase. We knew in advance there wasn’t a lift. It was just frustrating after walking from the train station to the apartment with all of our luggage and then having to make several trips up and down the stairs. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay - our only issue was that the apartment was not city center, but was at their other location about .75 miles away - looking back at our communications, this was explained in our confirmation email, but wasn’t super obvious. It wasn’t a big deal though - city center was easily walkable and Inverness was a delight!

It's a good place to stay if you have a car.
It's 15-20 minutes from the city centre and if you arrive later in the evening you'll have to walk to get something to eat or drink. There are no amenities in the apartment.
You have to make a security deposit for any damages before your stay as a tule of this pro Perry.
So although the property is large and good for a family, I probably won't be returning.

Truly a beautiful apartment.
Exactly what we needed after two weeks on the road through the Highlands, staying in small hotels.
A bit noisy on the street in the wee hours of the morning after the bars closed but it didn’t last too long.
Thorough instructions for everything in the apartment—spot on!

This was an unusual stop as we got there pst check in and only had electronic communication and access which was a little confusing at first. However, once we figured everything out it was just fine. Not for novice travelers but a breeze for seasoned travelers.
The two negatives were the absence of elevators as we had three floors to take our luggage up and down. Parking was also a little inconvenient as is most parking in cities. We had to park in a shopping center parking garage which was an 8 minute walk and navigating through the farage and shopping center. It takes a bit of planning and coordination to get everyone going but it worked out fine.

Unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our only issue was the hot water in the primary en-suite shower did not work. There is a secondary shower in the main bath that is on a different system which was fine.
Overall a great place to stay for exploring around Inverness.

Loved the checkin. However the directions to where to find key was a little vague. The place itself had a wonderful folder with great directions to everything. It was nice it had a washer. It was clean, organzied and quiet.
