The rooms have been refurbished recently. Clean and comfordable. Plenty of eating options nearby. Many open 24 hours. Handy for trains and buses.

This is a very new hotel. The room is small but equipped with most of tourists needed. The beds are comffy. Guests will enjoy the premium filtered water, coffee and tea mix.
This hotel is located in an excellent areas of Singapore where tourists can find good food from budget to high standard seafood restaurants in Geyland.
We did enjoy our short stay with 81 hotel Palace in Geyland. We highly recommend this hotel to tourists who look for a very good budget hotel on Singapore.

Access from MRT is close by walking about 10 minutes, around the hotel there are many food stalls. A little problem in the middle of the night is noisy in front of the hotel room maybe because many people come home late.

The rooms are very new because the hotel has just been renovated. The staff is enthusiastic and extremely friendly. The location is quite good, very close to the bus stations to go to and from. The famous frog porridge restaurant, supermarket, and convenience store are just a 5-minute walk away. The room area is small but the same as other hotels in Singapore so there is no problem. Will come back here next time.

Staff is OK but maybe can be improved. Room is superb! Clean, decent also. Near bus halte and aljunied MRT. Will book again once I visit singapore

Upgraded Hotel 81 in Geylang. Hotel clean, comfortable and great for short term stay. Area being Geylang has a reputation but has plenty of car parking, and 10 min walk from Aljunied MRT.
