I really liked the aesthetics of the room and the hotel. Detailed in curating a good experience for customers. Room a little small but just right for soloist~ The bar looks very good on the exterior, didn't get to go. The breakfast was decent and valuable for price paid. Would want to go back here again or recommend friends on a solo staycation.

Location is unbeatable and the service is excellent. Check-in was fast. Bedroom is clean with charging ports for USB and 3-pin. Love the rain shower with great water pressure and temperature, and fragrant Metis toiletries.

Second stay here and still happy with the stay:) counter staff was really responsive to request, and I managed to get a short check out extension. Channels were decent and able to screen mirror too. Love the dreamcatcher! Pretty from every angle and adds character to the room. Had a decent view from the window (despite the slightly dusty blinds lol), and could even spot MBS! Amenities were from Aus brand Metis, and water pressure was great albeit the really tiny shower space. Generally, love the cosiness of the space, and am already intending to schedule a third stay soon!

Stayed at Good Room King Flexi on the 1st day. We got a corner room, is small but cosy & suitable for couple stay. Good location with many eateries, bus stop & mrt nearby. Will be back again.

Self storage luggage and self check out was very helpful. Early check in was available to ascott member (it was free membership anyway). A bit uncomfortable due the construction but might try to stay again when it back to normal

LYF Hotel is very strategic, close to everywhere, 3 nights stay gets 1X make up room service, CI/CO time is very flexible, Room size is according to the information but it is a bit difficult to put things away 😀😀, easy to find food for Muslims, there is Aljalani on the left side of the hotel building & There is Muslim cuisine in the Fortune building which is in front of the hotel building

I was only here for short trip and I was happy with the room, as it was quite spacious for 1 (I booked the king sized bed). The location is great, within walking distance to MRT station/bus stop. Most importantly, it 's right above Al -Jilani restaurant which opens 24 hours 👌🏻.

The staff service is very, very slow. The room is not cleaned. There is no wifi. Asking for new towels is very difficult 😪.

As our lyf guards play an integral role and are a big part of the lyf experience, we take feedback very seriously and any information you provide us with will be very useful in ensuring that the necessary retraining efforts are done accordingly.--As we are a co-living service residence, and not a hotel, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you needed any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. --We sincerely apologise for the intermittent Wi-Fi connection you experienced, and the inconvenience caused to you. We understand that Wi-Fi connectivity is important for our guests regardless of work or leisure purposes. Going back to this hotel in Aug 2024, and all the refurbishment is * finally * done. The location is as usual very great, it 's a walking distance to Bugis areas. Also, near MRT bencoolen station. I notice with the renovation/refurbishment, they have added a laundry room as well. I didn't get the chance to use it, but the menu said sgd 8 for each wash, and another sgd 8 for the dryer. The room is decent and good for the typical of mid-range hotel choices in Singapore.

The place was great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is very nice, just 5-7 minutes from Bencoleen MRT station. 24 Hour Halal Restaurant just below the hotel. The shower was also nice with water heater and AC on the room was perfect. But the room was lil bit small and the toilet has no bidet.

For the price you are paying I would say the hotel is worth it. Room is quite small but cozy. Location though is very strategic and close to convenience shops, malls, MRT station and shopping areas such as Bugis Street, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Arab Street. Etc
