Very strategic location. Next to MRT bencoolen and convinience store. Also near bus stop, many restaurants, and singapura clinic. Can go to bugis street, selegie, fort canning on foot. The room is clean, front office is kind. I will stay here again if I go to SG.

We stayed two nights. As the first night we got a room where faced to backside of building. As we like to see sun shine at window, we requested to change the room to road side view. And reception staff has prepared the road side view room for the second night. The staff is well responding to our request.

The room is very clean. The bathroom, bed, and amenities in the room are clean, new, and in good condition. / Soap, shampoo, hand soap are provided in large pump bottles. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, slippers, and towels are provided according to the number of guests. / Refrigerator, hot water filter, glasses, coffee cups, and spoons are all new and clean. They are provided according to the number of guests. / The room is cleaned every time we go out. Very good. / Near the MRT and bus stop, near shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, 7-11, and minimarts. Very convenient. I recommend it to my Thai friends. 👍🏻

It was very pleasant to stay here, the hotel is close to many interesting places, close to public transportation, buses and the MRT, also close to 2 different line stations, the TV is also a smart TV so the kids can watch TV even during the holidays, the room is also cleaned every day even though it is not requested, the staff is also friendly.

The hotel is great, right next to the MRT station. The room was really small for two people and the bedsheets were never changed because we had the same food stains on them the entire week.

The distance to the MRT is very close, get off at Bencoolen station then choose the exit towards NAFA Campus (if you choose another door, the distance to the hotel is further). From the station exit, turn left, the hotel is on the left side of the station door.
The room is quite small, it is a bit difficult to open the suitcase and arrange the belongings.
Drinking water is not provided in packaging, but must be taken from the dispenser located on the lowest floor, near a kind of warehouse or parking lot, so during our stay, we preferred to buy bottled drinking water.
We stayed for 3 nights, the room was always cleaned and tidied up every day by the staff, so when we came home from traveling, the room was neat and clean, ready to be used for resting. Toothbrushes, towels, tea and coffee were also always renewed and refilled

The hotel location is right next to Bencoolen MRT. The room is not too spacious, but enough for 3 adults & 1 child aged 2 years. Unfortunately drinking water is only provided on the first day, after that you have to refill it yourself on the ground floor.

the fastest and most convenience check in / out experience (less than 5 mins). room was clean. the space was just enough for a solo traveler . it would be great if they could provide sharing account for netflix or disney as I could not use mine there (different region netflix/disney)

2 nights stay, my sick child had trouble sleeping because the people in the corridor were too noisy. The room is not soundproof at all. Check out early around 6 because the flight was also early. Ask the reception if breakfast can't be taken away. The reason is that it only opens at 7. Is it true that preparing breakfast at 7 is also when it opens?

Hotel above Bencolen St (DT). Even heavy rain will not wet you when walking from the MRT station to the hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant next door is varied and the value is quite good,

There should be 1 bottle of drink per person every day, but there are staff who don't want to give it.
