It has so many rooms, the room is big and spacious and has full facilities, the cleanliness is great, the view is good, very comfortable, full AC, also the service are excellent!! This hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms are quite spacious. Large windows. Large mirror. The most exciting thing here is the bidet. Unfortunately that slippers are not provided and there is only 1 trash can. There is a luggage storage area. Not too many breakfast choices but they are delicious, especially the dim sum. Suggestions: The lobby should be scented. Near the hotel there is a 7eleven. Strategic location 200m walk to Dhobby Gaut. Near Fort Canning Tree Tunnel.

I love this hotel. Will come back stay here again. The room for 3 beds are big size, clean, cool, have no problem with the room. Bathroom has no problem. The buffet is okay, although my son looking for bacon but no pork and it ' s okay for him. Have a nice swimming pool. The staffs are nice, good and helpful. Location close by MRT and busway, close to orchard.

The room spacious and comfortable. It's near the MRT and bus stop. Also just across the fort canning park. The refrigerator got leaked, but the staff really helpful about it. They also have self laundry room and snack room where you can make your ramen there.

Ok lah. Lokasi juga dekat dengan stasiun MRT (jalur merah) jadi mudah untuk ke pusat keramaian. Hotel lama tapi bersih. Ada beberapa yang perlu menjadi perhatian: air hangatnya cukup memerlukan waktu untuk bisa mandi air panas dan AC sepertinya tidak ada alat kontrolnya sehingga pengaturannya tidak bisa disesuaikan.

1) Since the hotel is located on a hill Traveling for the elderly using the Wheel Chair from the hotel to the MRT Station or Bus Station is difficult. Because the road is uneven (rough) and has to push up / down a hill that is quite steep, both on the way and back But if the guest Not the elderly This hotel is considered very convenient. Because just 700 meters away from the MRT station. Cheap, spacious rooms with a bathtub. 2) Because traveling as a group Use the 2 rooms (rooms are on different floors). Find the difference in cleaning of the housekeeper (only Bed Setting) that on the 11th floor lay a new mattress every day. On the 12th floor, just sweep the bed and fold the blanket over. My family stay at family type room. At the second night, we just get into the hotel from Sentosa island, and we found there is leak from the central AC, and the water are all over the floor...because of the technician can't fix the problem, the manager immediately offering us to stay at another room, but smaller one with extra bed, and as the compensation we got free breakfast for 3 people along the stay, and free late check out at the last day until 6pm....we are really appreciate on how they manage the problem and thinking from customer side...thank you very much YWCA fort canning...

Actually the hotel is ok, only in the middle of the night is noisy because the sound between rooms is heard. for example like the sound of the door opening, the cupboard being opened and closed.

It's always good to be back here. I really like the location which is near the Dhoby Ghaut mrt station and plaza singapura. The staff really nice and quick when I do the check in and check out. And it was really nice when I go back to my room it’s already cleaned up!
