The owner was very helpful! He helped us event to get taxi and also direction to find ferry terminal. He also could speak English. No worry at all!

I stayed at Toyoko Inn in Busan for one night in April 2024, and it was a fantastic experience. Located across from Busan Station Exit 1, it 's incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by KTX from Seoul. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Its proximity to Busan Station makes it perfect for those catching another KTX the next day. While I didn't have breakfast there, I'm confident it would be delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Toyoko Inn in Busan for its comfort and convenience.

I book this hotel because of the location but If you a clean freak person, this hotel is definitely not for you. The didn't clean the room even if we already requested the room to be cleaned and once I cleaned the floor by myself with the bathroom map as I couldn't stand the dirt on the floor. They just took the rubish out without cleaning the room.

The receptionist are not available all the time, other than that, all are good.

Location perfect. Lots of restaurant and mini market nearby and very close to Busan Station if you visit Busan with train. Self service free coffee. Rooms standard size, the owner is very polite, and the price is cheap.

This hotel is soo close with the bisa station, actually you can see this hotel right away when you exit from busan station (right side busan station, arrival), You can drop your luggage here before your check in time. Actually if you get the right room you can see see the amazing view of busan port, or maybe you can request it. The receptionist is very welcome and can spek English! (it's a plus). Strategic place, so comfy, clean. Also the lobby quite large so I can wait for my train to depart at the hotel while charging my phone after I checked out!

Great location, near KTX station Exit 1, and subway/metro Exit 6. You just across the street and you will find Tokyo Inn and Almond Busan just located behind it. Just 5mins walk. There are CU, Starbucks, etc in the area. And if you across the main street you will find the Chinatown (if I'm not mistaken). There are alota Chinese restaurants here. Thi hotel has bigger space, the toilet is big enough and clean. But, there are a lot mosquito here.

Although I just stayed for one night but I can totally say this Busan branch is superb! The place was sparkly clean, didn't smelly at all, bed was nice and clean, shower room provided inside the room and it was spacious! They provided one towel and a pair of slippers. Hot water running all day and I love it. The wifi was fast too. Location is perfect, just across Busan station. Restaurants everywhere and there is this really famous milmyeon place nearby. Staffs were friendly. Thanks a lot! I had a nice stay at busan branch

The hotel was great. It ' s a really convenient 5 minutes or less walk from Choryang station. There ' s a convenient store behind the building as well. Room was clean, bath tub was huge that you can lie down flat in it. Toilet bowl is with bidet so really convenient and shower area was clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. Room was spacious. They even provide a quick charge adapter in the room for multiple charging heads on the bed stand and 2 more USB adapter heads at the table under the TV. You also get breakfast coupons for the number of days you stay there. I will come back to this place for future stays in Busan.
