We had a problem with the first room because the powder room was not so clean (unsanitary stain on the wall) and one closet door was not working properly. However, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating; we got a new room with an upgrade and some nice touches (such as the kids robe and slippers). The city/mountain view from our room was stunning! And the beds were super comfortable. Loved the kids arcade and the pools. Appreciated the 7-11 and ate well at the Japanese restaurant. Oh, and there was fantastic music playing throughout the hotel - 80s and 90s soundtrack for this Gen Xer! We would definitely stay again.

Might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. My first night I was having trouble with the Chromecast and called the help desk. They said they would send someone up right away to assist me. The guy showed up in about 90 seconds and I was on one of the higher floors so it was impressive he got up there so fast! The entire hotel, from the lobby to the room I stayed at, was spotlessly clean as well. My room was perfect too with a great view. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommended it for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Jeju. Also, make sure you eat at Cafe 8 (on the 8th floor) at least once during your stay. It has some of the best food ever and the staff are extremely friendly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, and we must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction from the moment we arrived. What stood out was the concierge team, absolutely incredible! They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Whether arranging transportation, recommending fantastic local restaurants, or providing insider tips on the best places to visit, they always delivered with a smile and a great attitude. Their dedication truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms and stunning views. The amenities are top-notch, including a fabulous pool area and dining options that cater to every palate. It's conveniently located, allowing easy access to the city and nearby attractions. If you're looking for a hotel that offers world-class service and makes you feel like a valued guest, we highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Jeju. We'll definitely be returning!

Our check in experience was strange. There was a long line at the time we checked in. No one helped us with our luggage. The lobby manager asked if we are Hyatt member, and we happened to be. She then asked if we are elite members or just regular members. We said regular, then she said the general line is the right place. She then came back a minute later and asked if we are staying in a suite or just regular room. We weren’t sure and said regular room, she then confirms again we need to be in the general line for our check-in. I get hotels are trying to give their members perks and privileges, but this feels a bit unwelcoming. There was nothing in the hotels.com or Expedia site that mention this was a casino hotel. We would not have stayed here if we had knew. Please update your site. We were looking for a quiet getaway. The casino noise and crowd were not what we were looking for.
