Great room for price if you plan on sight seeing everyday.

A couple bugs and never clean sheets always stained

Just to be faire one wome attendant was very nice. The others on check in wasnt so friendly as she. The bath was so dirty , the first room had a very strong smoke smell, the rooms are so dark.. i do not recomend neither stay there again.

The hotel location is great it is just a short walk to the metro, shopping, and street eateries are around the vicinity. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However, condition of the hotel puts me off - it is very old, I had to change the room due to a broken and smelly fridge. the room sandals are uncomfortable, what i did not expect was there was no shower cap provided. bathroom has no shower curtain to stop wetting the floor. if i ever go back reason is the location and the airport bus to the airport is around the corner. I am grateful to the helpful lady staff though.

This hotel reeks of sewer smell that gave me a headache. bathroom drain has no p-trap so the rooms are full of sewer gas. Every room is different with different decor, looks very different than photos. Unfortunately I booked 5 nights and was non refundable. I asked hotel.com if I could cancel, hotel.com said it's up to the hotel to decide. Then I spoke to the hotel, and hotel says it's up to Hotel.com to decide. Both sides are playing pingpong. Been using hotel.com for more than a decade and this was the worst experience dealing with customer service playing pingpong avoiding responsibility. Lesson learned: this hotel sucks and hotel.com also suck.

It was an ok stay. Price is reasonable and location is what I needed that’s why I chose Hotel Leaders for my 5 nights stay. The toilet was not scrubbed well to remove stains. Worst is there were open packs of condoms and thick dust behind the lamp shade table. I was looking for my stuff that’s why I pulled the table away from the corner. But good thing I didn’t expect much from the hotel as it only has 6 for review rating. But I hope the hotel will exert a little more effort on cleanliness.

Leaders is a convenient hotel for people who need a cheap room close to the city center. Subway 1 and 5 are nearby. Plenty of simple Korean dining options nearby. They have a system I had to understand - when you leave the room you should let the key a the reception and they give you a ghost key to exchange for the key when you are back. Room has all facilities - big screen you can use with your computer if you took HDMI cable.

The place is convenient and reasonable if you need to book a stay immediately. It's a love hotel in general for those who needed a room, please be expected when booking.

There is a subway about a 5 min walk away. Property and rooms were clean. Clean and safe area. Only issue was that there was not enough lighting in the room.

Nice and comfortable place to stay and close to many shopping and bar areas.

The hotel is in a good location close to a main subway station. There were restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy and quick. However, the actually room was disappointing. It was dated, the room looked very different to the room we booked and it was dirty (stained bedclothes, dirty counter tops, hairs in the bathroom and bedding)

The check in time was late. Last time I was here I checked in earlier.

Excellent location walking distance to Time Square Mall,restaurants,shops

Pieces of pizza scrap were found on the room floor upon check-in to room. Condom was provided as standard toiletries. It is a place for casual sex and cheap takeaway supper!

Nice room and large bathroom, convenience to get food around.

Nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location wiTh lots of food and convenience stores. Located about 2 minutes away from the subway station.

Easy check in and check out, room was big with big bed but the shower “blocker” was tiny. Lots of extra shampoo and such so that was nice. Would stay again!

早く着いたので荷物を預かって頂こうと思ってたら、そのままチェックイン出来ました。 部屋にも2本の水が冷蔵庫に入っていましたが、毎日、水かジュースを2本ずつ取って行ってねと声がけしてくれました。 また、お部屋も大きいスーツケース広げても余裕の広さでした。 少し部屋の照明が暗く感じましたが、駅からも近く、とても快適に過ごせました。 きっとまた泊まると思います！

Alors tout est d’époque en revanche tous les accessoires sont super récent très bon point. Pour les adeptes des matelas mous passez votre chemin. Moi j’ai adoré. Pour le linge c’est pas blanc blanc mais bon ça reste correct au vu des prix du quartier. Enfin le personnel est très sympathique
