Customer service not the most welcoming or friendly. Couches have dirty stains, and design not comfortable nor practical. Pictures look nicer, there is a washing machine but no where to hang clothes. No plates nor bowls provided. There’s oil burner but no matchsticks to light tea light. Views were fantastic though, and location super convenient.

The hotel is very well designed and comfortable. It’s perfectly located right on a street with restaurants and cafes, and access to public transportation is very easy with Seoul Station and Chungjeongno Station nearby.

Had a great experience. Beautiful room with a beautiful view, service was excellent and attentive. They kept in touch with me prior to my trip, were accommodating of my groups needs and were excellent and allowed us to check our bags at reception ahead and after our check in/out times so we could tour the city. The bath in the room was great for us to soak and relax after being on our feet all day. 10/10 recommend getting a room with a bath, I will definitely be going back here on my next trip

Clean, centrally located, nice and helpful staff, has suites for larger groups, wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay.

Modern, clean small rooms equipped with microwave, kettle and fridge. Great staff, they were super helpful. Tv a bit high up, which causes strain to watch. Close to Seoul station but not many food choices to eat nearby. The two bedroom apartment we got was probably not as nice as the one with spa but still a great choice for something more affordable.

We (three adults) stayed in the 3 bedroom family suite for a week. The 2-sided street view was very nice and gave an open feel. It was quiet at night. Slept well. The bedrooms are small, but clean and comfortable. There were no overwhelming smells from cleaning materials or air fresheners which was appreciated. The location of this hotel is great. We walked to the Seoul station and shopping across the street many times, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and many spoke English which was helpful. Communication via text was immediate, and appreciated, especially when we forgot the code to get back in the building after hours. We would stay at this hotel again.

All the staff were outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. I loved that you can message through WhatsApp though out the day if you need help with taxi, restaurants or suggestions. We got the spa room for my family of 4 and it was big enough for us especially travelling from Japan. We had 4 large suitcases and 1 small carry on. It was about 15-20 minute walk across the walking bridge to Namdaemun, lots of street food and cheap shopping. But otherwise around our hotel there’s still lots of dining options but you will have to check dining hours as everything seems to open a little little bit Dunkin’ Doughnuts is right downstairs or Villa Embassy, Starbucks 2-3 minute walk for your morning coffee. We took the taxi everywhere since it was 4 of us but Seoul station is across the street. It was about a 30 min cab ride to Gangnam depending on the time of day. Would highly recommend depending what you plan to do in Seoul; I like that we were not staying in the crazy hustle and bustle of Myeongdong but close enough to experience the Seoul madness with a 6 min cab ride.

Walkable to the Seoul station. Though not the clearest instructions provided. Took awhile to find the building for the first time. Beautiful view, friendly staff. However like most reviewed, bedrooms are very small for the 6 pax booking.

Clean, spacious, and aesthetic room. Private Spa inside the room is a plus. Customer service is excellent from one day before check in until checkout day. They went above and beyond with satisfying the customer’s needs. They helped take care of our laundry in timely manner daily and promptly responded to our ac issue. Location is nearby Seoul station. Very convenient. Will return again.

We booked for 5nights, after the first night, there’s a noisy construction on top of our floor which started from 8am to 5pm everyday during our stay. We woken up by it at 8am and lacked of sleep. We decided to change the hotel as we couldn’t sleep at all, there’s such a nightmare. our view is the hotel shouldn’t take any guests while there’s such a big construction in the building. Which costed us to find a hotel for an immediately change! Not easy at all for a same day walk in!! Long story short, I think they can managed the whole situation better and earlier. Very unprofessional.
