Perfect place for our needs. We were stopping overnight before going to the airport(30 minutes easy drive)
The hotel is in a lovely quiet area on the outskirts of Sevilla so really peaceful nights sleep.
The staff on the reception desk were really helpful and friendly both at night and in the morning
The room is basic but very spacious, we were able to make a simple supper with the kitchenette facilities and the huge bed was very comfortable.
Little warning that the hot water is obviously on a tank as we ran out after having a bath, so had to wait for it to heat up again
But all in all an enjoyable stay and we’d definitely use the hotel again, considering the price

Our room was nice and clean as well as the hotel itself. The room had a mounted speaker but we could not get it to work which was a bummer. Parking garage was closed when we visited and there was no where to park onsite so we had to drive up more to find parking and walk more. Only big complaint I have is that the room was entered at some point (to empty the trashes) when we were gone even though we had the sign on the outside to not disturb/enter.

My toiletries left on the desk were thrown away as rubbish! I told the reception and they sent someone to check my room to make sure they are not misplaced. Then they talked to the cleaner who said she saw nothing in my room. And they concluded that it had never happened before! Nothing was done, not even an apology! It felt like I was a liar! I had to go to a pharmacy late that night so that I had some cleanser, serum and cream that night! My allergy medicine is badly needed but I could not get a replacement and so I am suffering now!

I should have read the reviews before booking. But do your self a favour don’t book this place. Air condition makes very loud noise, I have it on the lowest speed and still load didn’t sleep at all, it’s old and all the parts inside is loose hence why the clunking noise. Only one shower towel, one face towel, one hand towel when it’s two people. Pool not working when we got here and it’s 37C degrees (98.6F) outside . Kitchen fridge rusty and doors are pretty much stuck, you gotta use both hands to open the fridge or freezer door, the bed lol well just sleep on the floor no difference, my whole body is sore. This is not a 3 star at all, 1.5 - 2 at best. So far this is our first night in Spain and it terrible. All of our Portuguese hotels were amazing. But honestly don’t waste your time energy and money at this place. Only thing good about this hotel large room that’s it.

We’ve been staying at multiple hotels from 3* to 5* on our road trip. And this is Definitely not a 4* hotel. More like 2*
They “Upgraded” us to a better room which was very old with old furnitures, everything looks like from 20 years ago. The AC was loud and we couldn’t sleep through the night. Also the pool was closed and it wasn’t mentioned on their website. Weather was 35c, so not much to do there.
