Generally very nice location. The rooms are spacious, modern and have partly sea view. The hotel clean and space. No problem to walk to the old city center. However for people with issues that might be quite far. Really disappointing was the breakfast. There is a lot of variety, but virtually all is of quite bad quality, tasteless and sometimes not fresh and dried out, particularly the bread and the jamones etc. And they still have inefficient capsule coffee machines. Nuts come in a small glass, one nut piece per glass. Very strange. Service is, however good. I do not recommend the hotel restaurant either, where you pay a high price for a quite below average quality as well. Management should address the breakfast and restaurant issue. There are so much better places for dining in the beautiful Cadiz.

We have been there a few times before, and it is still wonderful . They even added new lamps and furniture for the bar and terrace restaurant. The breakfast buffet is still plentiful and fresh . The buffet offers a great selection 👌. I love coffee, and unfortunately, coffee is the only thing I have a complaint about . Please get a different coffee machine . The hotel and the room are always clean . Great parking garage with easy access, and don't worry how big or high your car is , you will have no problem .

I had a really amazing stay here. I got upgraded to a junior suite, and the room was absolutely amazing. The rooftop pool was great to have, I ended up spending so much time there. It was very spacious with plenty of loungers. Breakfast had good options (make sure you reserve your time, it can get crowded!), and the location of the hotel is really nice and walkable to so many places of interest - center of town, the park, beach, etc. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel if you prefer to explore that way. Overall I loved my stay, but if I had a few pieces of feedback it’d be for the pool to open up a bit earlier than 11am (especially for those of us who like to swim in the mornings as a workout) and for the rooms to have a free coffee/tea bar, which I was surprised not to have.

This hotel is truly fantastic as it's great for the price and all the the facilities. My room was fantastic as it had a nice ocean view and it's modern and futuristic style. I would gladly stay here again which I wouldn't normally do, but for this hotel I would. This place is also perfect for business trips and family trips I would recommend this to anyone as its just perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November, and the room overlooked the ocean. Very clean and pleasant. The staff at the front desk were a great help, giving us great food recommendations to try the tortillitas de camarones at a nearby tavern, and helping us to get a reservation at the usually full El Faro. Five stars for their great service!
