Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. All reservations include Portaventura Park access for all guests included in the reservation and for all days of the stay and 1 ticket for Ferrari Land per stay. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. This property’s Portaventura Park will not be available from Monday to Friday, from November 8 to December 5, and from December 10 to December 17. It will be available from December 6 to December 9. Guests age 12 and older must present a valid EU COVID Digital Certificate at check-in. This is the only proof of COVID-19 vaccination, proof of COVID-19 recovery, or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result that is accepted. On the day of arrival guests may drop off luggage and complete registration early in order to access the park prior to check-in time, but will not be able to access guestrooms until after 3 PM. Theme park opening dates and times vary seasonally. Guests are advised to contact the property in advance for more information.

The property is closed between December 30 and March 30.
