It’s a nice hotel but they having a weird policy about the cleaning. If you want to have your room cleaned you have to tell the receptionist a day before, otherwise you have to clean yourself. It’s weird because that’s what you pay for to have a clean and fresh room everyday. Cleaning should be automatic like in every hotel. That is why you are booking a hotel not a hostel.

I stayed for a week as I was visiting a relative. Breakfast and dinner are available which is perfect. I really hate hunting for food. The staff -reception and restaurant - were friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is affordable. My only worry is they are doing a huge amount of renovations (which I did not hear) which will probably raise the room rate to an amount I cannot afford again. I can’t imagine what they would be doing to improve the hotel. I thought it was perfect and it’s not the first time I’ve been there.

Very nice and friendly staff.
Old building, not renovated recently so amenities are not so good.
Room was very warm. There was no AC or climate control available. One small table fan was there that could not do much.
We were looking forward for included meal but it was OK. There were no vegetarian options but staff was very kind and tried o make vegetarian food for us on our request.
In terms of breakfast and dinner, it was ok. I would prefer not eating dinner there though.

Don't book for the sake of dinner meal. It's far from decent food. It wasn't even enough food for everyone. The breakfast is very simple too. Room is clean as they have standard other than that not much to offer.

Very nice hotel perfect location in centre and easy parking at reasonable price. A surprisingly good dinner included as well as afternoon tea. Relax with hot tub also free. We visited for two nights to do XC skiing and it was perfect for us.

The hotel was within easy walking distance of the mine, restaurants, and shopping. Snacks and coffee were served in the afternoon as well as dinner in the evening; all inclusive in the cost of the hotel.
