An imaginative transformation of an old engine shed into a modern hotel and restaurant that is a delight. About a km from the station and readily accessible by car. A very comfortable, quiet room that was really a small apartment with kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay without qualification.

Staff was super nice. We rented bikes from the hotel which was super convenient. The room is very spacious and has a kitchen - cooked our own meals :)

Don’t book! This is not a hotel. Reception is generally unmanned, we were charged for parking but no space and rooms were very hot even on a cool day.

This is a really lovely hotel hidden away from the centre of Lund but very easily accessible by foot or taxi. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good indeed. The only thing that I have to complain about is the lack of staff on reception when we arrived - it took a while for us to find out that we should ring a number and get check in details. Also, strangely - staff found my purse that I had left in reception but failed to get it to me. If I hadn't asked the following morning about the card, they would have let me leave the hotel without it. It could so easily have been returned to me earlier before I cancelled all my cards with my bank. It caused me a great deal of inconvenience the rest of my trip to Sweden. Nothing beats a human being for communication.

Comfortable rooms with fridge, stove and cutlery.
We stayed 5 days. The rooms are not cleaned and we only got one set of towels per person for whole stay.

Large apartment style room, beautiful bathroom and tastefully appointed. The walls could use a coat of paint and the sofa had a large tear in fabric. I don’t think it is appropriate to charge for parking when the space belongs to the hotel and the area is not in the downtown sphere. Breakfast was wonderful. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel is built from a converted (and much transformed) railroad warehouse, which gives it a unique character. The lobby, breakfast area, and guests rooms were lovely and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the center of Lund--we found that distance to be quite walkable and through pleasant neighborhoods (note that we stayed in June).

Very nice building, cosy bar and relaxing areas. Breakfast super nice. Rooms not so cosy, but very practical. we stayed with family, did not need the kitchenette. But I could really see the benefits for a longer business trip. Super location, close walking to down town and university. Easy parking outside hotel on their lot, for 100kr per day. Would stay again.

Check-in was very impersonal. Even though we arrived at 18:00 the reception was closed. Had to call someone on a call box who buzzed us in the front door. Then we had to use a courtesy phone to call someone else who gave us info about our room key, parking, etc. Both people seemed like I was bothering them by calling. The breakfast was meager. A sign informed that it was due to the Covid situation. Maybe. But in that case the room rate should be reduced accordingly for reduced service. At the room rates, I would also expect cleaning every day, even if fresh towels and sheets are not necessary every day.
