This place is fabulous and we will stay here again. Amazing spa and new chrome pool! Used every night. Breakfast was fabulous and included!!! I cannot give enough stars, as this was one of our favorite places ever to stay. And very affordable!

The hotel was in a perfect location for train station, town, restaurants and transportation to the Gornergrat railway. The view of the Matterhorn was amazing from balcony. The people at the desk were friendly and the breakfast was very good. We do wish we would have brought swimsuits with us as they had a great heated pool.

We stay here for 6 nights. We loved it! The room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette and a small dining table for us to cook and eat. The pool and sauna were amazing. It was nice to relax in the pool after a long day of walking and hiking. We would stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay-close to the train station and bus stop. Coop is right down the street. Unit had small kitchen for meal prep. Nice breakfast and very good staff that helped us with alot of directions! Would recommend!

Very close to the Zermatt train station. Friendly staff. Convenient checkin and checkout times. Nice breakfast! Washer/dryer in basement but only 1 unit each. Would be nice to have more than one.

We loved everything about this gem. It was a very nice surprise to find a mint condition and good size salt water pool, spa and sauna. The property is very clean, good breakfast, and all the staff was very helpful, especially with the recent flood and damages that cut off all access to Zermatt. We will stay there again if we return to the area.

Room was of a good size! Nice balcony. Having a refrigerator and microwave were a nice touch. Staff was friendly. Easy walk to and from the station. Breakfast was great! Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Exceeded my expectations in many aspects. Location is very convenient: 3 minutes walk from the train station and there is a Denner grocery right in front of the hotel. Breakfast selection and qualify are very good. Full spa: what a great way to relax in the massage pool after a whole day of skiing. Bed and shower are nice. In room mini kitchen and refrig is another plus. I would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel to multiple friends planning to visit Zermatt.
