Good stay for family and friends

This picture is from my room. The hotel is close to the Interlaken West Station. The room is quiet, very clean, cozy, warm, and feel like home. The hotel is very easy to found by walking. And the price is cheap for the hotel in Interlaken City. I hope I can coma back to Interlaken City. The staff so helpful, nice, and friendly. The breakfast menu is very nice and so many variant.

Great hotel in the great location! Perfect!

The man during night shift receptionist very arrogant and rude.

Little did we know that our room is separated from the hotel building. It was behind the hotel itself, more of a parking area where they built a new block of building just for rooms with small kitchen. So it didn't feel like we were staying at royal st georges, just only entering through the hotel’s reception and go outside at the back area of the hotel & the room quality was also not a ‘hotel’ quality. Other than that, everything else was ok

Complaint because the water heater suddenly became very hot, suddenly became cold, called guest service, they just said that's how it is if many people use it and immediately hung up. Because maybe I went in high season, many tours stayed there so the breakfast was crowded and chaotic but the location was okay, the room space was spacious and the room was quite clean.

Awesome location, near Grund and bus stop! We really enjoyed dinner time because we could cook by ourselves plus met many new friends

Everything is great. Staff are friendly. Hotel have beautiful view of Eiger Mt. They have free mini bar and welcome drink. Breakfast is good. The hotel is quite distance from train station but they have pick up service.

It ' s highly recommended. Even the hotel is almost 200 years but all clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. At 2-6 o clock they serve hot chocolate, coffee and cake. When we first came, its 6.15 actually it ' s close but they let us drink. Thank you Alexandra and Jhon. I will recommend to my friends and I will be back.
