We had a fabulous 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and just so lovely.
The rooms were immaculate and the tram stop is only a 3 minute walk. Would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mini break away.

The property was conveniently located closed to the airport minus the loud noise and public transportation into the heart of the city which was a a prefect 5-10 minute ride. Room was spacious. Only complaint was the bar staff weren’t friendly and mostly rude during our stay but all other staff were extremely polite and helpful.

We arrived at 10pm and there was a line out the door to check in, because of a cancelled flight. Only one attendant at the front desk (very friendly and patient), but we waited over an hour to check in. There were four “self check in” stations and all of them would give error messages, after inputting all information. Once we got to our junior suite, the room smelled like an ashtray. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here during our stay in Geneva in September 2024. We had arrived early, unfortunately our room was not ready so we luggage stored in their luggage storage room. Was a bit cautious as the room was opened, but nothing was taken. The room was clean, though the windows were a bit dusty. Perfect for a quick stay, walkable from the tram that leads into the city. Highly recommend when visiting Geneva, especially if you are flying out or in from Geneva Airport - a 10 min walk and 5-10 min bus ride away.

Always reluctant to give “Excellent” reviews, purely for selfish reasons (I don’t want to compromise availability and cost in the future), but Geneva is not a regular destination for my work.
This hotel is great. Comfortable, clean rooms (with two notable points that I’ll come back to).
The staff a super-friendly and efficient, even giving me a “Welcome Back” (from a trip 6 months previously) before I’d given my name (an unforgettable face I guess).
Two points to bear in mind, so you’re not surprised…
Northern European attitude to bedding involves single quilts on double beds, resulting in waking with a cold posterior. Also very limited English language TV channels (ok, so you can’t cater for every nationality, but I left feeling very abreast with the World News. I suggest loading a tablet with stuff to watch.
