到達飯店門口時無服務人員引導(沒人)、自行進入大廳時也無服務人員(沒人)、到大廳櫃台時服務人員一人電話中一人背對顧客，還是我們自行呼叫服務人員才有人理我們，但總體而言評價仍屬不錯，飯店很新設施也很乾淨，第二天早餐時餐廳服務人員態度及服務都很好~

以房價來說飯店設施及服務真的是很令人驚艷,客房舒適寬敞清潔,附健身房及桌球等設施,自助式早餐很豐盛,雖然這次住宿時,泳池未開放使用,但庭園造景也很用心,我想下次造訪嘉義時也會選擇這個飯店!

如果A棟沒有開放給陸客住或者某些樓層不開放給陸客, 我很願意到訪嘉義時再次入住, 入住時有特別交代要安靜房間不要跟陸客住同一層, 結果晚上十一點離我好幾間遠的客房, 陸客哄堂大響的說話! 根本不能睡啊!! 就不能讓我們其他旅客安靜的睡一覺放鬆嗎？這個問題就沒法解決嗎?! 很常到嘉義, 也喜歡這的環境, 但這趟實在太失望了, 希望改進
