This is my second time staying in this hotel. The hotel is nice and very close to the Mitsui outlet. Also, the AC inside the room is nice, makes staying in the hotel during the summer time much more pleasant.

Terrible hotel. Very dirty. Carpets in the room are from last century. Windows so dirty so you even can’t see the sunlight. Steam sauna full of mold. Receptionist Eric Huang was super rude and unprofessional. Taxi which ordered by hotel , refusing use the meters and asking for super high price. Hotel is so far away from everything, so you don’t have choice as only take taxi. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it.

All the staff from Front Desk to Concierge to Cleaning Staff are very professional, attentive and caring. The hotel might be a bit remote to some of the tourist spots but at least it is close to the Outlet and the local community.

The hotel is clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice, the only thing is they don't have a proper restaurant for evening meals, you can get food at the lobby bar but not a big choice but the Hotel is in a good position for outside eating venues only a walk away.
Although there was a lot of families using the hotel it is a business hotel for westerners really. f you have business that way then I would recommend it.

For short stay near Port it’s convenient, but this hotel has no bar and lacks facilities which is a shame as there is absolutely nothing around this hotel apart from a couple of really down market KTV’s and if you don’t speak Chinese then don’t go as they won’t entertain you.
