The room is not soundproof. Children are running around making a lot of noise. The room should be checked for cleanliness before guests check in. There should be a code service for guests in the room for the convenience of the guests.

The hotel is surrounded by entertainment venues, very noisy at night. The pillows and bed are quite hard. The walls are thin so you can hear the noise from the next room.

Called the B2 call center several times and not once did anyone answer the phone. The first time I chose to use it, it was no longer stamped. The customer has a problem but cannot fix anything.

We checked in on the first day during the afternoon to find out there were several dead flies on the floor. Went to the lobby to inform the staff to make sure its clean when we're back in the evening. Came back to see that they haven't taken any action on that. We understand that you get what you pay for, and since this is a budget place, we didn't want to knit pick on things. However, cleanliness should be an essential for a room you sleep.
