Breakfast management is terrible. Never stay at a 5-star hotel where people stand in line to wait for almost 20 queues to eat instead of having to inform them of the time to eat and then come down to that time like other hotels. Chasing regular guests or guests who are ready to pay expensive for the tranquility and service since the caller to the room service is bad talk. Overall is bye, not staying again.

A very good place to stay. Good spacious rooms and great breakfast. However, got a problem with the deposit with the credit card as much as 10K baht. It has been over 2 weeks and it still hasnt got canceled. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

* Deductions: I made a book and paid for a Deluxe King room including No smoking room. and when they arrived, they reported only 1 Deluxe king room at Smoking floor. It's ok until the receptionist says they Up Grade room to sweet room, higher, nice view. Their higher there is the 5th floor of 24 floors = _ = - quite far from the center every time Grap taxi takes about 30 40 minutes / 200 300 bath. * Plus: Room nice and clean. CS standard staff, enthusiastic.
