The room is so dirty. Way different from what I saw on the pictures. It smells so bad in the room, like they did not change the bed sheet and pillowcases. Booked the most expensive type for 4 nights but couldn’t even stay for loner than 10 minutes. Had to leave to go find another place to stay.

Very good place to stay with family. The kitchen has almost everything for daily cooking. The place is located in a quiet environment but close to CBD of Chiang Mai. Recommend to those who would plan family vacations to Chiang Mai.

we just stayed for 1 night. we arrived quite late in the evening at around 12". since its an apartment so they don't have receptionist. you have to go to room 515 and ask for the key. problem is they missed my order and the one in 515 room cant speak english. so it was so confusing in communicating and we need to wait for about 35mins to get the key room. the unit is actually really big, great and awesome. we stayed just to sleep, since the next day we are going and check out at 10am.
