I stayed here for 8 nights. The location is near (walking distance) Ratchaprarop BTS station. All the staff are really friendly and supportive. The room is quite dark but our room has a window so we got extra light from outside. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. They have a kitchen area where we can cook instant meals, make coffee, eat & drink there. The swimming pool is small but OK. I will come back if I stay in this area again.

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient, near the market, shopping center, big sister, 711, walk about 15 minutes, clean, airy, has a dining room and kitchen with free food, spacious swimming pool, worth the experience. 👍🏻

The hotel has a convenient location, near 711 with the elevated train line, a little further to the BTS station :))) very wonderful. The staff is super enthusiastic, cheerful, takes care of guests very well, the room I stayed in was for me. Spacious and comfortable for 6 people, 2 bathrooms, very clean and convenient, there is a dining room in the lobby, free noodles and cakes, cool water, full cooking utensils. When returning, the hotel staff also takes care of you. We are very enthusiastic. We will come back next time if we go to Bangkok again hehe 💯💯💯 Thanks for the best service 💗💯

So good. Having 4 pillows for each bed. The sharing kitchen helping us a lot to cook or warming our food. Free breakfast (coffe, bread, egg) and they have free bottle water.

The staff is very enthusiastic, attentive and friendly to customers. The room is large enough for 2 people, has glass windows so it looks airy, 2m walk from the BTS station, very convenient for transportation. The hotel is neat and clean. And most importantly, it is not "haunted".

Had a great stay on hotel ordinary! The staff were really nice, and the hotel provide a lot of extras (unlimited mineral water, kitchen with instant noodles and breakfast) which made this hotel really worth the price! The location is also a walking distance to pratunam market, which made it really easy to go around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ordinary Bangkok during my visit from 9-11 June 2023. Upon arrival, the hotel staff warmly welcomed me. The room I stayed in, Room 217, was clean and well-appointed. The hotel 's location was convenient, serving as a great base for exploring the vibrant city of Bangkok. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue during my stay. On the morning of 10 June, I requested the receptionist to clean my room. I placed one of the two bathrobes provided in the room, along with a towel, on the floor near the rack/mirror. However, upon returning to my room, I discovered that the robe I had left on the floor was missing. The housekeeper had only replaced the towel, neglecting to return the robe to its original place on the hanger. As a result, I found myself with only one robe left in the room. During check-out the next day, I was surprised to find that I had been charged THB 1,000 for the missing bathrobe, despite never having taken it. Did the housekeeper intentionally take it? They knew I was still staying, so why did they take my bathrobe? Knowing that it would cause a problem? Was this an attempt to make the guest pay extra? This situation is truly disappointing! This incident has left me greatly disappointed. I immediately brought this matter to the attention of the hotel staff, expressing my concerns and seeking a resolution. I requested them to investigate with their housekeeping team or review the CCTV footage. However, the response I received thus far has been unsatisfactory. The staff provided no explanation for the missing robe and seemed indifferent to my predicament. In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at Hotel Ordinary Bangkok fell short of my expectations due to the mishandling of the missing bathrobe and the subsequent charge imposed on me. I sincerely hope that the hotel takes this feedback constructively and provides me with clarification. Ps. I expressed my disappointment by giving a one-star rating. Thank you.
