I was charged for dirty towels. This is a hair dye color and is completely washable. But the staff insisted it was not washable. I paid the THB 340 fee and got the washcloth back for you guys to see. This is a before and after picture, I just washed it with water and it was no longer dirty, not to mention using soap. I am very unhappy about this. Towels are for use but you let customers pay for a washable towel

Staff is extremely friendly. Interior wise: despite the room is a little small, it is still very comfortable and cozy. Environment: Venue is near to BTS (train station) as well as patpong night market. We're glad that it is Convenient to travel & halal food stall (Yana restaurant at mbk) is only 3 station away!

เข้าพักห้อง 203 นอนพัก พอตกดึก เหมือนมีมือมาลูบคลำ เราเบาๆ ตกใจตื่น พอหลับอีกที ประมาณตี 1 กว่า ก็เเหมือนมีเงามา เดินดุ่มๆ มองๆ ตลอดเวลา ต้องลุกขึ้นมานั่ง ตั้งสติใหม่ ล้มตัวลงนอนก็มีเสียงดังอีก ในช่วงกลางคืนได้ยินเสียงเหมือนคนมาเปิดประตูหลายครั้ง และมีเสียงโทรศัพท์ภายในห้องดัง 2 ครั้ง ช่วงเวลา 1 ทุ่มกับ 5 ทุ่มกว่า ไม่ได้ฝันนะคะ นี่คือที่เจอกับตัวเอง

Ưu điểm: Khách sạn mới xây nên mọi thứ đều rất tốt, ngay trung tâm Silom, đi bộ 3 phút là trạm BTS Saladaeng, chợ đêm, bar xập xình, đồ ăn đường phố, do sau dịch nên book phòng siêu rẽ cho hotel 4 sao như thế này, nhân viên thân thiện dễ thưng, sãnh chờ siêu đẹp và rộng, có chổ cho khách đọc sach làm việc, hồ bơi rất đẹp và sạch, có phòng gym ... Khuyết điểm: phòng hơi nhỏ 1 xíu, không có tủ đồ, nhà tắm không có đồ móc quần áo chỉ duy nhất 1 cục và tôi móc lên cửa, nếu đi Gia đình thì khó nha, đồ ăn sáng chưa đa dạng nhưng cơ bản là được, make up room hơi trễ đi chơi tới chiều về mệt thì mới vô make up rôm, wifi 30p là out nên phải log in vô lại, có khi rớt pass luôn phải gọi xuống kêu set pass lại.
