As stated previously, Butsarakham Hotel is a very comfortable and clean hotel, bed and room clean. Spacious bedroom with TV offering Thai and international Chanel's. Would not hesitate to stay again if in Khon Kaen.

The hotel had some kind of seminar going on in their conference room and the speaker was using a microphone that was so extremely loud that his voice projected throughout the entire hotel. Even when in my room I was unable to hear the TV or relax and had to spend the entire day outside. I complained to the front desk and they wouldn't do anything about it. The conference lasted from 8am until 5pm.

Very new room, clean and clean rice. The air conditioner at night is not that strong. Breakfast buffet is not that diverse. With fresh milk but without cereal The hotel area has a convenient rice shop, walking distance. There is enough parking. Staff take good care I really like the new room. With a full-size mirror
