As stated previously, Butsarakham Hotel is a very comfortable and clean hotel, bed and room clean. Spacious bedroom with TV offering Thai and international Chanel's. Would not hesitate to stay again if in Khon Kaen.

The hotel had some kind of seminar going on in their conference room and the speaker was using a microphone that was so extremely loud that his voice projected throughout the entire hotel. Even when in my room I was unable to hear the TV or relax and had to spend the entire day outside. I complained to the front desk and they wouldn't do anything about it. The conference lasted from 8am until 5pm.

Renewed Classic hotel. Nice rooms and furniture. Karakao every evening in the restaurant with pianist and professional singer-songwriter for support

Everything was good for a night or two and in need of a clean and safe place. The staff (Morning shift )was very helpful and more friendly than the others but I didn't like walking around the area. Very scary. it's quite dark
