Lub d Travel Flexibility
With travel bans and airlines adjusting schedules we are waiving cancellation fees for hotel stays through to 30 April 2020 for all guests who have booked directly with Lub d. Guests who made bookings via online travel agents or other third party travel businesses are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

Lub d Group has implemented high level of standards for cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken increased measures developed in consultation
with global health recommendations (including the WHO) to make our cleaning and hygiene policies even more thorough.

Our teams are receiving ongoing updates on the local and global situation and adjusting policies as needed to support the on-going safety of guests and teams.

Increased cleaning our public areas restaurants where frequent surface touch takes please such as lifts, door handles, bathrooms, etc.) using high-grade
disinfectant.

Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and use disinfectant on all hard surfaces.

We have antibacterial hand sanitizers for both guests and team members to use.
