Asked for early check-in, I understand if they could not give it but they should've Emailed to confirm the fact. I had to wait 5 hrs in the lobby all the While some Chinese people there wete being very loud and annoying and the hotel neither did nor tried to do anything about it.

I give two star for the meal, because I do not try the food in this restaurant. So many food stall around it, so american breakfast is no (the menu in the hotel).

the hotel was comfortable, clean, near seven eleven and market, staff so kindly but spake english not very good.. to the bus stop approximately 600m from hotel..recommended for family trip.

I had 5 days in Mirama. I think Mirama is good, although some little mistake for reception is not happy with customer. I think I am a difficult person.
