Experience: staying for 4 days 3 nights, receptionist not polite, friendly & helpful, just hotel security staff morning shift only always smiling, polite & helpful, the bathroom is very dirty & the item is broken. Poor housekeeping service & Television broadcasting is a very poor & limited channel, not value for money and not recommended. Bad hotel service in Chiang Mai.

ห้องสะอาดมากค่ะ ห้องกว้าง พนักงานน่ารักและลุงยามหน้าที่พักประทับใจมากทั้งลุงที่อยู่ตอนเช้าและกลางคืน วันนั้นไปพักกลับดึกฝนตกลุงเอาร่มใหญ่มากมารับ คอยโบกรถให้ตลอดถ้ากลับไปเชียงใหม่ ไปพักที่เดิมแน่ค่ะ เพิ่มเติมคือมี 7 ร้านขายยาและร้านเช่ารถอยู่ใกล้มากมีทุกอย่างครบเลย

Clean, tidy, organized hotel. Bed is soft, staff are nice, friendly. I am highly satisfied what I get. Location is great. If you are a smoker, you need to smoke outside, in front of hotel. Non smoking hotel. I would choose again on my next trip to CM. ✌.

Always here to help Recommend places to travel and how to travel all the time. Uncle is very cute. All the employees when meeting him will smile and look very sincere. Accommodation is very clean. There are many facilities. In the room, the house is cleaned very well, no hair is dropped. Clean room floor, cool air, there is a small table corner next to the window. Very cute When leaving the school He forgot his hat. So call the accommodation So the staff help keep it and send it to Grab, wrap it in plastic bag safely 🥺✨ Next time, if you come again, you will come to nap in chiangmai again. ❤️

the location of the hotel is strategic not far from the night bazaar and the place attracts suitable family traveler. The wifi is decent even though sometimes I can't get more than one tool. The staff is friendly and communicates well.
