Don't book this resort, this is an odd and hard labour check in place. Management is very bad. No co-operation from their side. You will be spoiled your traveling to visit phi phi by booking this resort.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing to complain about. We needed them several times, and they were always there at the drop of a hat. The only drawback is that they're a bit far from the center (a 15-minute walk in the heat...), but the arrival time is a bit steep.
Regarding the accommodation, the view is great, the hotel is unique. Sleeping in a cabin is great, just be careful of the planks on the floor. However, the bed is horrible, the mattress is hard, we slept really badly, not used to a hard mattress. But otherwise, it's not a bad idea to do it once.
The pool is decent.

Arrive at the pier with staff holding a sign to welcome Have a cart to deliver We have to walk to the accommodation ourselves. Far enough away The room is not very clean. The TV can not be opened to watch Breakfast is delicious but there is little time. Whoever wakes up late, the staff and manager are good. But not the most impressive is Stayed for 2 nights, didn't clean Towels don't change. No drinking water
