The hotel opened new, comfortable, clean, comfortable, with parking, not far from the central. There are signs along the way, not difficult to find. Good service staff

Nice and nice place to stay, the bed is very soft. Beautiful interior, easy to find places to eat, quiet, good, like, but the parking lot is a little narrow, overall good, so go to Hat Yai again, will go to stay in the same place.

The staff can't speak English so it was a bit difficult when checking in. When checking in we had to deposit 200 baht. On the second day I stayed suddenly the lights went out in the morning, so I called the receptionist to ask how long the lights would last but my phone was hung up, either because they couldn't explain in English or didn't hear. But this was my first experience staying in a hotel and the lights went out + there was no generator in this hotel. So I had to wait for the lights to come back on who knows when 😫😫. The hot water also didn't work properly

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the staff are friendly, there’s hot coffee available, a smoking area, and Malaysian TV channels. In short, this hotel is excellent, close to everything, and most importantly, affordable. I’d come again next time.

The key card couldn't be opened. I went downstairs to report it and when I came back up to open it again, it still couldn't be opened. I called the counter and they said they would have the housekeeper come open it for me. It took about 10 minutes to wait. I just arrived and was tired. I had to stand in front of the room and wait. When the housekeeper arrived, she looked sullen and unwilling to provide service.

The hotel is clean and has parking. The staff take good care of you. Near Chi Chang Market Near the hotel there is a flea market in the evening, lots of food, and ordering delivery is very easy. Recommended.

Expensive, poor service If you want something, you have to go down and buy it yourself. And it's expensive too. No sevice mind. If you want to eat something, you can buy it yourself. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the bathroom.
