If you want to plan a great relaxing experience with fantastic service-minded people ready to make it happen, then Rosewood Phuket should be at the top of the list. As a fairly seasoned traveller, I have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, and I can with confidence say this is one of the best. It is not often I compose an email to the hotel, expressing how we truly enjoyed our stay at their resort, but this time I did. And it all comes down to the friendly and service-minded staff they have employed, it is their trump card, and as long as they keep them on I am certain Rosewood will be very successful. We were staying at the Ocen Front Villa 6 which was so beautiful and relaxing and the direct access to the beach is a great bonus. I can with confidence say for a 5-star hotel they live up and exceed expectations. And the super king-sized bed is a dream.

Excellent resort. Amazing pool area and kids club. Staff at Fitness are really good. Only thing I wasn’t overly impressed with was the spa. Staff were friendly but treatments massively overpriced and limited.

Property was beautiful and breakfast was one of the nicest we have experienced. Service outstanding at breakfast, okay at Italian restaurant and terrible at Thai restaurant. Food served before wine, even after asking for the wine twice. Kids either screaming at Thai restaurant or playing loud movies on portable devices to keep them occupied. No staff bothered to tell the guests this was unacceptable. It happened on two separate occasions for dinner, and we just had to get out of there after the second time—so we didn’t have the dessert which was included with our set Thai dinner. The staff didn’t apologize or even send our dessert to our room; unacceptable when you are paying 8,000 Baht for dinner for two. Also, no service at the pool—had to get up and get water at the bar on multiple occasions. Then when I did, they wanted to bring it to where I was sitting—why? I’m already up-use your energy to go around and see if other guests need anything. The last breaking point was all the children at the pool. Although there is an “adults only” section, it is not. The “adults only” section is one row with families allowed to sit directly behind that row. Therefore they are screaming right behind you and splashing in the pool. Why even have an”adults only”? Have a “real one”with an entire section of chairs and pool available to “adults only”—-they certainly have the room. Not a five star resort—only In price. There are too many other nice resorts, we won’t be back!!

This is an amazing property. We have a wonderful time. Service was the best I have ever experience in my 20 years traveling around the world. If you are looking for luxurious hotel, relaxing vacation, authentic Italian and Thai Food, this is the place!

The facilities and services were up to par with the Rosewood standard; however, the quality of food certainly requires vast improvements. It is quite shameful to serve below one star Italian dishes from such a beautiful five star kitchen facility.

Great place for top end food, spa, service, kids club and pool. One of the best breakfast offerings & Italian dinner some of the best meals you will have. All the poolside staff great and very tentative to what are some great pools. Spa world class & the kids club one of the worlds best

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. It was amazing! Nice hotel. Very friendly and warm staff. Every minutes we were there, we felt ourself like special guests. Thank you very much! We will be back.

Rosewood is a very nice hotel and require buggy service when travelling up to lobby area. If you are housed in the lower or mid levels, you can walk to the restaurants, fitness, pool & beach. Otherwise you'll need the buggy service. Housekeeping esp room cleaning in the morning is slow. We were there in November which is not peak. I wonder how they will cope during peak season! For a top hotel, I was disappointed that they only have a box of tissues in the bathroom and none elsewhere eg next to their fruit plate in the living area. Our box ran out soon after housekeeping had 'cleaned' the room - ie they did not check how much was left in the box! Also, they should have an extra set of clean towels in the room (even if the used ones are still hanging in the bathroom). As a top hotel, you should anticipate the "what-ifs". Swimming pool - there's a "lap" pool of 20x4m and another with jacuzzi jets that's slightly smaller (possibly 15x3m) and a 3rd one that's about 18x3m. Having them segregated gives small groups a sense of privacy, but imagine 30 ~50 guests wanting to be in the pool - will feel cramped. I suppose they are expecting many will swim in the sea instead. But the beach is not particularly good, it's just ok.
