There is no coordination between the AFL and the hotel. Before you can check in Have to enter the water park before 5:30 p.m. to enter the room. Have been waiting since 2:00 p.m., waiting for a very long time. Everything else is good, the staff is good.

Got a connecting room, which I remember not choosing that way. The people in the next room were very loud and set the alarm clock but didn't wake up for hours. Inform the officer to come look and call the next room. Ignore it instead of coming up to check if there's anything wrong. We, an adult guest, were given a room with a door next to a man who felt unsafe. The curtains do not completely cover the glass. There are wide spaces on both the left and right. Feeling unsafe for women The hotel is quite old. Loud noises from people opening and closing doors Drinking water + shampoo were not refilled for 1 day. Had to call and inform them to bring it. Polite staff. Welcome drink, good taste. The rest is ok, not bad. Except for the above

All reception staff and drivers are very attentive to customers. The accommodation is clean, the pool is private, the rooms are comfortable, the sea is private, there are many activities in the hotel to do, breakfast is varied, recommend to stay if you like nature and want to Get a lot of privacy, at least 3 days and 2 nights.

Good and impressed with everything. Suitable for vacationing in Phuket, here, complete, close to the sea, walking on the beach, taking pictures of plane landing spots. Originally booked 5 rooms for 1 night, but requested to change to 1 bedroom 2 nights, upgraded to a residence room as well. Correct contact with the hotel before coming 2 weeks, can't contact the school at all. But came on When he arrived at the school, he was shocked. Because the school is temporarily closed It is open to some guests who wish to stay. Everything is closed, water park, restaurant, pool, kids club room. Also good to have staff to help. Therefore check the information for The police officer said that the customer data was missing. The school therefore hurried to find a room to be a 2 bedroom villa, which he said was a new zone. There is a swimming pool in the room. Overall, the room is very good, spacious, the pillow is quite high. Support and pain in the neck Impressed that the room is arranged in a villa, not a building zone, the atmosphere around is deserted, quiet, raining every day.Breakfast is set in a set in the room, so there is not a lot to choose from.

The hotel did not provide the trolley for my luggage. They just leave it on the floor. No signate so I do not know how to go to my room. The hotel map is not good enough to navigate a new visitor. There are many buildings and the visibility of building numbers is not good enough.
