Excellent beach front hotel. They arranged a snorkel trip and laundry for me. You can snorkel from the hotel beach, but it’s not as exciting as the guided tour around the island.

We booked waterfront rooms. The view was great with the sand beach right in front. Comfortable covered patio to hang out on. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Like most places in Thailand could use some minor repairs but nothing that would impact the stay. Staff were wonderful.
Walk along the beach 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and the main pier. Go behind the hotel up a short steep hill takes you to a road with hundreds of shops and restaurants as well as a very long and sandy beach. Really a great area. The young 20 somethings will want to stay or party at the south end of Sairee beach and the older you are the further north along the beach is the best area.

My stay was short for health problem unfortunately. From what i have experienced, it was very good.
From the reception, the service, the room, the swimming pool, the location, the breakfast, i have only good words. Joy, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful competent as i was in need . A special thank to her.

Never liked the place, very dark, mosquitoes everwhere, restaurant wasnt open, too many hills, got a refund and searched elsewhere!

Property was okay for the price, it definitely needs a bit of an upgrade though. The beach in front of the property is really nice and is quiet, away from the super busy Sairee beach area but convenient for the pier. We hired a scooter from the hotel and this was in great condition and was very straightforward. Our air conditioning stopped working one night which made for a hot night, but this was fixed the following day.

Staff were very friendly and helped us get a scooter and ferry tickets. The resort however is very very tired looking and starting to become very run down. For $45/night I guess the price reflected the condition of the room and resort. Location was good - close to the pier and Sairee Beach for restaurants and shops.

Lovely location on Mae Head Beach, quiet and away from the bustle. It’s very close to the pier and just a ten min walk/short scooter ride to the restaurants and bars. The pool area is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom needed a little refurb in the future, but understand that with covid it’s not been easy for these businesses. We rented a scooter and it was fab, in great working condition almost brand new.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Wonderful!!! Can’t say enough good things about this resort. The staff was wonderful and helped book everything I needed. The room was perfect, I woke up with beach/ocean views every day. I slept amazingly well. The bed was pretty firm but I actually really enjoyed it. I highly recommend getting a massage from Tong, the in house masseuse. She is absolutely amazing!

We loved our stay here. Great staff, good wifi, lovely room, all water and snacks included, fresh fruit delivered daily. Only fault is no easy way to get to the pier without walking along the beach or up a hill so organise a transfer if you have lots of luggage. Restaurant was not open when we were there but not far to others. Short walk to Sairee beach

Great location near the pier for convenience to get to the boats. Very good service with its own semi private beach. The room was extremely dated and limited in many ways. With that said I would still stay here again and recommend it to others. The location and service made up for the rooms.

For 2500 per night I will see not a breakfast like 2 eggs 1 juce 1 sausage 1 cup coffee 2 bread-1 Jam 1 Butter 3 pice off bacon.
The house is not more new but ok.
The massage is very good at the Hotel.
The recline are very old and has to put in the trash. Nice was the fruit every day in the fridge.

Stayed here for two nights in a beachfront room, where you literally step out of the room and the beach is at your doorstep. This makes looking out into the ocean wonderful. The bed was quite comfy and the bathroom was big. You also get a basket of treats in your room, and a new basket each day you stay there. The hotel staff are also amazing! I had forgotten one of my wallets during check-out and was already on my way to the mainland when I received an email from the front desk asking what they could do with my wallet. In the end they were able to ship it to Bangkok where I could pick it up, free of charge. They really went above and beyond my expectations
