The hotel is as beautiful as in the picture. Soft bed Lovely staff, good service, parking is available. Close to the beach, Jungceylon is not far. Very worth compared to the price In the morning, there is a diving trip. The school has set up a breakfast set which is very good. The pool is beautiful, the children are happy.

The only bad thing is that the towels are very old and this color should not be given to customers to use. We stayed for 6 nights. The first night they gave us new, clean white towels. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th nights were just like in the picture. My boyfriend said that the towels at home are cleaner than this. Other than that, everything else is good. The location, the staff are lovely. The bags may be Burmese, but they do a great job. Everyone is lovely. 👍

The hotel has great prices, It is right next to 7/11 which is extremely convenient and a 2 minute walk from Chabad.

The average officer is not fluent in English. I stayed 3 nights at the lunar, but the hotel slippers and bathrobe were not given a new one. When I ask, just give it. Very very disappointed. Then the extra person is charged 500 bath / person exclude bed. You can't borrow plates and spoons. The cleaning service is really good. In the restaurant, the officer was difficult to speak English. Strongly not recommend if you want a comfortable vacation. Plus it's only because the location of the hotel is on the roadside.

Did not report all information The staff didn't help at all. Working time, facilities No room service is available 24 hours a day, but no one is informed! Even if not expecting much from this But without any suggestions and no feelings from your staff I won't come back 100%, not a 4 star hotel for the worst staff! The service is just not friendly. What is the general information of the company? Want to know, ask yourself! No food service is understandable. But nobody said too! Didn't feel any help from the staff at all

1. Room aircond not functioning well and make us waste 5 hours to prove the aircond really not working and very slow to transfer us on the other room 2. Reception very racist, smile and welcoming farang more. We are human so stop choosing your hotel guest. 3. Your hotel are still new but if the service is like this stop dreaming become best hotel.

The first minute into the room. Think of this 4 stars in it? The room is very dirty. Let's focus on dirty. Outside balcony Not clean Blanket covers Tell the staff to change the fabric. It also has stains. Like not washing Shower is not good, I can not slide. Flush with water all the time. The surrounding area is good if there is no building next to it. Breakfast is quite good. Good service staff Now stay on the 5th floor. Time to swim down another building. It's not easy at first to think of the same building. Overall, like the pool.

We're staying in the 2nd building, when it was raining, we were wet. Suggested to stay in the 1st building. The breakfast was below average. The room was good and spacious but the hot water was not stable.
