General Check-in Instructions

- Vismaya Suvarnabhumi Luxury Resort provides airport a shuttle transfer to the customers cost at 80 Baht per pax per way (by our schedule every hours) at beginning of hour 6, 7, 8, 9,..... Please look for a hotel staff holding your flight details on the second floor of the Arrival Hall near the information counter. Please submit complete flight details (arrival and departure) during reservation. If flight details are not specified the hotel will not be able to guarantee of the transfer. Especially arrival flight it needed and important to provide a prompt service. For airport's rules, we can not park our shuttle van in front of terminal. Therefore for it would take times of the shuttle arrive from parking area to pick you up. However our staff will be at the Gate number between 3-4 Level 2 (floor) on the arrival terminal to assist you on this. - 10 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

Very bad. Had to pay extra because there was a child, even though it was stated when booking that there was a 9-year-old child. The price was charged hundreds more. Calling the app couldn't help. They just said it was the hotel's policy. If it was the hotel's policy, the app shouldn't have charged extra.

The pictures of the school and the reality are very different, hope to come and chill and play in the pool. See the beautiful accommodation atmosphere. Arrived at the pool, can't use it. Send rooms that are no longer available. Not enough cable in the room can not work. Notify before going out to do business outside, come back to the same, very bad, if you will open the school, this condition is closed! *** *** Losing the feeling of 4-5 stars school is good lately. The price is similar to that here, still maintains a lot better quality, not very recommended.
