W 21 HOTEL Bangkok

Position is so terrible when it places near the Cowboy show street, too much noises. People crowd a lot there so this leaded to danger also unsafety.

Not satisfied. Too strict comparing to other big hotels

Very good location. It’s just 5 minutes walk to Asok BTS and Terminal 21. The room was good but the ac wasn’t cold. There was hot water but it didn’t work.

Great location and cleanliness

The only thing that good is just the location which is just next to MRT and BTS interchange station, and the 7-11 is just at ground floor. The 7-11 however is smaller size. Other than that, the rest are just acceptable. The check-in time is 2pm, I reached after 3pm but still have to wait for the room. I booked a room with windows, but the room I get is half windows which differs than photo which shows big whole windows. And the windows is unable to open one. The toilet floor is higher than the room floor. The housekeeping is not thoroughly. One day they didn’t make up room, one day made up but not completely clean up, one day cleaned up but no mineral water was given. The windows is dusty. However I didn’t take close up photos of these.One lamp in bathroom and one lamp at the bed side are faulted. The lift is not the ordinary like what I always seen. It is spacious but only carry 2 peoples a time. But thanks to it because I stayed at level 4. I read the comment when I book saying this hotel rooms are new. But that isn’t the case for my room. The room looks a bit old style but I’m not so particular on this. If have to consider a reason why I may not stay here anymore, it due to I feel skin itchiness when contact with the air from the air-cond. Originally sometimes I have this problem, but it just mild compared to when staying in this hotel. Even my eyes, throat and nostrils itchy whereby I never encounter before. I cannot avoid the air-cond because it just next to the bed. Not sure if the air ventilation is not good, but the towel hardly dry regardless you hang it it toilet with the ventilator on, or hang it in room overnight with the air-cond on. Unable to figure out why. But under the lamp, you can see the dust flying. Understandable because it located at road side with heavy traffic. Overall, I am not particular, but not for the itchiness that I get. Here just my sharing of the experience staying.

All ok :) small room good location

This is a cubicle and should have been stated so in the beginning. Also there is no fridge (app wrongly states a fridge is included). I feel so cheated. The cubicle is too small and the price for such a cubicle is high. I know the location is great and the lobby staff very polite but the price for such a cubicle is still high in comparison to similar places nearby. Also there is no locker. When I ask for late checkout they demand 300 baht more. I know it's policy so won't complain but please correct the room or suite whatever it is being advertised into "cubicle" and flat out states its square meters and the non-availability of a fridge and locker.

It was Wellness residents and spa and now changed their name to Serene Suite. The pros- location near MRT and BTS Sukhumvit, helpful staff, clean space. The cons- room is old, towels is very old, our Sky room’s floor needs to change the new one.
