This was my first time in Dubai and it was the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff are incredible and caring and the amenities are top notch. Its located near JBR, the Palm and the Marina and is just a short walk to public transportation. You can use your TV for many services as well. Our room was beautifully designed and very very clean with lots of storage! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again when I visit Dubai.

Media One hotel is conveniently located to the Marina Walk. I checked in after 1 AM. I’ve did not like the room that was blocked for me in the night. Manager was super nice to accommodate me the next day to a higher floor, which made my stay very comfortable. He provided me and my husband, an exceptional customer service and I will definitely go back.

Would recommend this hotel for the location. Garden on the 8 was good happy hour between 4-8pm had a great atmosphere with sports and great music . Staff was very attentive. Our only problem was our fridge wasn’t working but we were supplied with ice every night very promptly.
Pool area was very chilled again great music. It is out of the sun but in our opinion that was a good thing

Over all stay was amazing , i didn’t like the open bathroom in the room specially the toilet didn’t have good ventilation and stank the room . Stand is friendly and helpful but the room service takes very long time.

Our full size bed consisted of two- twin mattress. I’m puzzled why the hotel didn’t invest in a full size mattress.
Ice isn’t complimentary, the surcharge is 10 AED.
I had to call the hotel on my cellphone multiple times because the operator wasn’t answering the hotel phone.
