Elevator was broken for entire stay which caused huge delays and crowds in lobby. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better but overall a solid affordable option with a Whole Foods grocery store in walking distance

Kaleah greeted us as late arrivals, from the time we entered until the time we left after our 10 day stay she and the rest of the staff treated us like gold.

Tremaine that check us in was a sweetheart and even recommended us a great restaurant within walking distance since they had a minor fire in the hotel restaurant. His customer service was great. Everything was lovely. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Easy walking distance to the Mall/museums. Only downside was that closet bar was really high and hard to reach, as well as the shelf that had the coffee maker.

Picked this hotel because location, however I am pleased with the breakfast and quality of the dinner, unfortunately the waitress was distracted and I kept asking other waiters for service and they were really kind and effective.
The garage fee is excessive, but overall had a good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the AC hotel. It was very clean and in a very walkable area. The only thing I did not like was that my shower had very low water pressure so showers were not enjoyable. Despite that, I would stay again.

There’s no parking; you have to pay $60 plus taxes for Valet… keep that in mind; other than that it’s a great hotel, room, bed, cleanliness on top…

I loved this hotel. The gym was wonderful and he staff was great. Clean room and comfy. However the water pressure in my shower was bad I didn't have time or wanted to switch rooms after getting settled in. I do plan on visiting again but before I settle in I'll check the water pressure

Our first night consisted of no heat. Our whole 4 day stay consisted of no hot water. Our first night to have dinner was upstairs in their restaurant and because we did not have a reservation even though the restaurant was nearly empty we were told we could sit outside on a barstool which was great for us, however we had to go back inside to order from the bartender which would have been fine since there was one guy at the bar, however again the bartender totally ignored me as I waited patiently for him to ask me what I wanted. If it were not for a man coming up next to me (not husband) and getting the attention of the bartender I might have stood there much longer. Apparently the hostess did not want to help me as well because during my long wait I walked back over to her just to make sure I heard correctly about having to order through the bartender. Food was good.
I will commend the rest of the Hotel staff for doing what they could to fix everything.
