We absolutely loved this place. It's a little outdated but what you get in exchange is pricesless. Amazing location, very private. There were days we had the pool to ourselves and the beach was necer crowded. The staff was so friendly. This place is heaven on earth and we will be back!

It was very good. We liked the room and how it was decorated. It was very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property is in a prime area but its rooms are very old and doesn’t feel like a resort. I booked garden premium room but it was still very old fashioned. The balcony was very dirty and seems never cleaned. I had toilet flush leaking and I had to call maintenance but there was no one available. I had to raise complaint around 4 times before someone showed up after 2 days!
On another instance, we were sitting in lobby area and playing table tennis with the kids. 10 pm is a quite time and it was 9:35 pm. Security guy came and switched off the lights before informing and went away. He was so rude and not a good treatment to customers. There are so many good properties around.

Very nice resort with easy beach access and many amenities like ping pong, shuffleboard, hot tub. There is no room service though and you have to call reception if you need anything.

Amazing tropical paradise. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Loved the main pool which was clean as a whistle. Lots for families to do and drinks are nearby at Castaway Bar for adults. All the amenities are available to rent at the beach for a cost. The resort are is #1 and Maui Villas has an old Hawaiin feel, not a mega hotel. Great for families and couples like us. The young and coffee bar are relaxing for just sitting and enjoying some quiet time.

Do not book the "hotel rooms". They are the farthest away from everything and the noise factor from the AC exhaust for the whole complex will keep you awake. It runs constantly. Grounds are fine, including Castaway restaurant. Also, be aware of any current construction. They began at 9AM every morning.

Ka’anapali Villas is AMAZING. My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the value we got. The staff went above and beyond and are super friendly. Love that there are two pools and two hot tubs, one of which is in a quieter area (good for us because we don’t have kids and wanted some quiet time in the hot tub at night). The beach is a short walk - about 5 minutes from our garden view room. For snorkeling, we walked a bit north of the beach to be closer to the reefs and saw a couple of turtles here during our stay.

We loved the room we stayed in. The first few nights there wasn’t a lot of other guests so we were able to enjoy every bit that Aston Villas offers. The pool area was clean and the security did a great job keeping the noisy kids playing with balls at bay. We would stay here again!

The Exterior property was A little dated. But the interior rooms were Updated and very clean. The garden area with plants and adorable little cats running around, making sure there were no “pests” around was beautifully manicured. We had a wonderful time. Would visit and stay there again.

Second time here, beautiful property with multiple pools and good food. Huge rooms and convenient full kitchen. Perfect location to walk to Whalers or the north side of Kannapali.

Nice location, reasonable snorkeling rentals on site, premier snorkeling reefs at Kaanapali start only 200 yards away.
Trolley (free) to Whaler's Village runs every half hour much of the day until about 9, which is a nice option.
Minor drawbacks included no icemakers (?).
Overall, nice impression, it compares quite well with nearby properties on value.
