We enjoyed our stay so much! The check-in was easy. The bed was very comfortable. The shade on the window let a lot of light in from the porch light, which made it light in the room for sleep. Maybe add a curtain?

Decorate is so cool!!! It’s different and unique. And comfort and clean. Love the idea of barn fire and hang out place. Food next door too.

Room and bathroom were very clean. They offered to keep fire pit going outside even in December while it was snowing outside, it was already burning when we got there. Staff was kind and welcoming.

All the pictures for the property show only 1 story, so i never thought I'd need to request ground floor, as hubby is a disabled vet. We were given a 2nd story room w no elevator, so that was frustrating. There is no daily housekeeping and the exterior door to our 2nd story room wasn't fully sealed, so daylight was visible around the entire door. We were told at check in that the type of room we had (king size bed, studio room) for our stay (thursday to sunday) this was the only one available, so it was pointless to mention the door issue to the front desk. The room satisfied the need of a bed & a shower, but we don't plan to stay there again.

The hotel has nice amenities like fire pits and a pool but the bug infestations, strange smells, and dirty rooms do not make the amenities worth the stay. I had to move rooms after a bug issue and the second room was not clean. The floors were grimy, the shower doors had streaks, and the remote for the tv was literally sticky. They also don’t offer room service (which is fine I guess although they do have a restaurant on the property) and the town doesn’t have great options on Uber Eats.

I reached out via the hotel’s main phone number as well as the message/chat option on this website the morning of the day we were scheduled to arrive. None has yet to get back to me. We had an unexpected family emergency and had to cancel. I reached out to let the hotel know and ask them if they would consider a refund as it was an emergency. Unfortunately I have still not heard from them
