I had forgotten to reserve another day, and the staff telephoned me to ask if I wanted another night…..and in the same room. I was very pleased. Breakfast wad hearty also, real food!

Our stay at the Bellingham Best Western Plus was not a comfortable or restful stay. We booked this location, because of Expedia's ratings, but it seems the ratings on this particular location are very misleading.
The hotel room was dusty, the beds uncomfortable, and the ventilation unit in the hotel sounded like a loud motor running all night. The walls of the hotel room are very thin and I could hear the room next to ours, a 5:30am alarm sounding for so long I had to go and ask the hotel front desk to get the other guests to turn off their alarm clock... The front desk staff were aloof, and did not seem particularly fussed to make things better for our stay. It is fair to stay that I will not stay in this location ever again.

We had a very nice stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast, the friendly staff and the quiet. Everything was practically perfect. The rooms are a little dated, but we still found it very comfortable and my sweetie enjoyed the choice of tv stations.

We lost power due to a windstorm and decided to head for the hills. We booked our trip last minute. This was our first
Time at the property and we will definitely be back! The breakfast food was surprisingly good and had variety. The toiletries were really nice. All in all a GREAT trip!
The ONLY thing we would have changed was the bed. The mattress was soft for us. Not a deal breaker but we were a lottlencreaky in the morning. And other than a sheet there was no other protection, such as a waterproof cover, on the mattress. My wife is a bit of a germaphobe - she’s in healthcare so that happens.

This is a repeat stay at this hotel. I've stayed at other Bellingham area properties, and this is by far, a better value and more quiet. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is well maintained. I would highly recommend.

Good location close to all the places I wanted to go to. Great breakfast option and very accommodating friendly helpful staff. The elevator and the rooms have a musky smell but very clean
