Best Western Plus Soho Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and comfortable!

I actually really liked this place. No frills lobby but the room was so cute and nice. Bed was really comfortable and it was super quiet!! Love that. Clean. And breakfast included.

Went to NYC for a friends trip and was stuck with no hotel after the first hotel we had booked in advanced turned out to be a nightmare. I was able to get on hotels.con and find the best western in soho. It was so easy to booked and they accepted after pay so since I was out a grand ale was you was perfect for me to get on a payment plan. Once we arrived the next morning at the best western after almost no sleep in that trash hotel we had booked,Amber greeted us and immediately I knew I made the right choice by changing hotels. She was so welcoming and kind. She let us leave our bags there since our check in was not until 2. We went sighg seeing and returned to the comfiest beds clean rooms and best service. We had free coffee and cocoa in the lobby everyday. What a treat and the breakfast was so yummy! This hotel saved my whole trip!

Great area

Service staff are very attentive. It has the air of a budget hotel. Small lobby, small rooms, self service breakfast in the basement. But it was well equipped, comfortable, clean, tidy, lovely helpful staff and just on the edge of a bustling Chinatown, 5 mins from Little Italy, a 7-eleven round the corner and Canal St subway very close. Price per room of $550 per night though is far too high for what you get and would be so much more cheaper at other times of the year. But if you want to stay in Manhattan in December, you have to suck it up. As a tip though, do not be tempted to buy, the fake Apple electronics being sold by the African street vendors. The press have been all over the issue for months but the police are not interested in moving them on and protecting the livelihoods of tax / rent paying shop keepers or reducing the hassle we tourists receive from these guys who are ripping off Apple and genuine shops. Avoid. They are fake !! Hotel recommended and would stay there again but not in December 50-60 mns travel time to JFK. Flat charge $70 + local taxes and toll

Great location in Manhattan, the staff were brilliant and we liked the room - lots of space and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was filling if not with many healthy options, and maybe this is common in the States but every cup, plate, glass and bowl is disposable - not great environmentally. But overall we really enjoyed staying here.

Overall the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Room was clean. The breakfast was not edible it’s all highly processed! (Eggs were not real eggs, creamer was from a machine, yogurt was from a machine, fruit for the yogurt was in a sugary syrup and small fruit flies flying around) you can grab a banana though lol overall just don’t stay here for the breakfast otherwise it’s good but price is still steep… that’s new York for ya. Staff helpful.

The property was nice. Didn’t like that I couldn’t control the temperature in our room. Otherwise, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Room was modern and comfy. Front desk Reuben was very accommodating. I liked that the area was safe and the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

Very nice hotel. Small but comfortable lobby, good breakfast. Location very convenient for subway, easy access to attractions and west village (where we went out to eat).
