Room was dirty.

It looks ok when u walk in. Desk clerk is nice but the king suite had cockroaches bad and something bit me on my butt and it welted and bl d.

I didn’t stay the room had roaches everywhere inside I want my refund

The room was clean which gives it 2 stars. Rest of the hotel was not super clean. We did not realize until morning when we went to get “breakfast” that our door did not lock at all so we had slept overnight with a door that was not locked when we thought it was. Breakfast was bare bones to the point that we left and went to get breakfast elsewhere.

Did not tell ahead of extra charge for dog. Show a hot continental breakfast but only had cereal and toast. Room really needs some updates... curtains very dirty. Cheap... I guess you get what you pay for.

we decided to leave before my husband brought our stuff in the room was dirty i turned the bed down linens were dirty and stained all the furniture was in rough shape heater didn't work jacuzzi jets were rotted i went to use the bathroom and there were cockroaches crawling everywhere and no hot water this hotel should not be listed on any web site but thier own i went to clerk and said were not staying here he offered us another room i declined if 1 room has these problems and cockroaches i'm sure the rest of the rooms did too check reviews before settle on a hotel

I would like to say that I liked it is close to the interstate but that is it. Nobody at the front desk most things don't work. The pool and office are still close dur to covid? all vending machines empty no ice and went to McDonald's for breakfast. Sorry but do not recommend to stay here.

The pool was closed down there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector in the room the jetted tub did not work properly and the faucet to it was leaking the walls were scraped up need painted over and the furniture in the room the one chair had all kinds stains on the furniture the pillows that they give you was just tiny and thin we had asked for more pills to even make it work and I give one towel per person

The place is dirty and infested with bugs of all kinds especially roaches. They are very aware of their bug infestation and they don’t seem concerned about it either.

Staff was friendly. Didn't stay though, there were cockroaches in the room on the 3rd floor. the curtain rod was broken and the curtains wouldn't close all the way. This is not acceptable to me, we had not unpacked anything so we put our shoes back on picked up our things and left 2 hours after checking into the room. Turned the key in at the front desk on the way out and told the man we could not stay due to there being cockroaches in the room. We will never stay or attempt to stay at that hotel ever again. We drove to Indianapolis and got a much better room there!

The furniture was dirty, one of the tv's in the room did not work, dead bugs on dresser, spiders in bathroom, broken window, wall peeling. Towels were cheap. The place smells of moth balls from the entrance and throughout the entire hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

We stayed here 20 years ago and the place was very nice - clean; good breakfast. Everything just seemed worn down - tears in furniture, sparse foods available for breakfast, room had stains in tub, couch, etc., floor not swept.

Not the cleanest...needs a deep cleaning. Shower faucet fell off/rusted off. Door locks need some help. Went down for breakfast and nothing was restocked...had to go elsewhere. Just needs some freshening up.

This property should have posted on their website that their pool was closed, per the board of health for over 3 months. The worst part was waking up to cockroaches crawling up the wall in the middle of the night.. This didn’t just happen to me, but several others checking out early for the same reason. Sadly, when this concern was brought to the attention of staff, I was met with nothing more than a blank stare. Not even an apology. The outdoor gazebo space was nothing more than a graveyard of broken down hotel furniture. I’ll never stay there again.

I would like to start by saying that the staff was very friendly and they seem to be trying to do their best but this hotel was a huge disappointment. There is a beautiful photo of a pool, on their website, but there is a notice from the health dept. for immediate closure dated 6/25/2024 and today is 09/29/2024. The smoke detector in our room is fully covered in masking tape, the tv screen has big bright blotches within the screen. There are derelict vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires, broken windows, etc. The breakfast isn't great but they at least offered yogurt and mandarin oranges so that was okay. I will say that the bed was very comfortable and the shower had nice pressure and ample hot water. Unfortunately, the towels were quite damp so I guess they hadn't been dried properly, hopefully they were fresh and hadn't just been used previously and refolded. It needs updating, the whole property is getting worn out.

The place is past it's prime. Our room wasn't clean. A cloth chair was filthy. The bottom of the bathroom door was chewed by a dog or something. The tib was gross. The toilet paper holder was broken. Supposed to include continental breakfast that was a joke. No milk.no pancakes no juices or yogurt no cereal or muffins at 8;15 am and no one refilling anything. JUST A CRAPPY PLACE !!

I didn't stay the whole night because I had a family emergency but it was weird and the elevator was making noises and my room door would not shut I had to put my key card in it to shut it and they had a vending machine but it was out was oder because they had vending machine stuff behind the check in

Our toilet was clogged upon arrival - the front desk associate handed us a used plunger to fix the problem. It didn’t work and they did not service the restroom while we were there so we were unable to use the restroom in our room. Very unprofessional. Lack of supplies in room
