We weren't happy about paying a resort fee when the pool and spa were closed most of the time. We were not told this! Needs a remodel pretty old and outdated

Resort was ok. Bathtub will not drain properly, took about 30 minutes for water to completely be gone. Called front desk and we were told someone will be up right away to check, it took over an hour and maintenance pulled a big wad of hair down the drain. This means to mean to me that cleaning staff probably had not been using water to clean bathtub otherwise they would’ve reported it Also, our last night arriving late at the resort, A(C was nos working; we did not bother as our check out was at 4am. I would not give great reviews

Excellent property south of the main strip. Easy access, Uber was around $20 each way.
Pool is nice, we had an excellent two bedroom apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms.
Didn't do the sales pitch where they try to sell you an apartment and they didn't complain at all.
Good choice, good price - what's not to like??!

We had a great stay at Cancun hotel for a family of 3 we booked the 1 bedroom suite and had ample space with the sofa bed in the living room. Pool was nice with this current weather and the location was convenient and easy access to the strip. Would be staying here again.

I asked to have my linens changed and bed made. Linens were delivered and left on the table.. Guess I paid alot but still am expected to make my own bed. Had one very busy elevator.. the other was not working my entire 4 night stay.
