Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

Wonderful service very clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and we did have a little trouble with our AC unit in the room, but they were prompt about getting someone to fix it. They were very attentive and quick to reply when we needed something. The only other downfall was above us. They were very loud and unfortunately, there was nothing we could do because it was after quiet time.

Overall, it was great stay. The hotel is clean, and setup is perfect for families. It has a kitchen that has the essentials to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plenty of space, so they can play. It's not just the room, it has a living room. The only cons I had was some of the pools were closed due to limited life gaurds. Overall, it was great experience, I definitely return to this hotel.

Our stay was pretty good. There was only one elevator working in our building #2. Our room 2223 really needs a new door. There is to much opening around the sides and bottom of the door. The pool while heated enough to use was only opened for use until 6. Maybe later in the year it is open later but we wanted to swim and use the hot tub after dinner and was closed.

Hotel was fantastic. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 singles, 1 king, and a pullout couch. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Kids loves the pool and slides, wife enjoyed the bar by the pool and I liked the hot tube. They have hammocks around the pool area which is nice. Food is great but a little pricey. Overall we loved the hotel and have already booked our next stay in 3 months. As a side note, do not get sucked into the "timeshare" trap, they promise you $125 and a free 3day-2night stay for 90mins of your time. Ours was over 2hrs and had to go thru 3 sales person cuz they wouldn't take the NO WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. I normally wouldnt have done it but as soon as I was checked in they pulled me aside and was told because I was a new guest I was signed up for it ans what time would I like. It happened so fast I was caught off guard. We did end up with the gift card and free stay. Just note the stay is for 2 people. Other than that, it was a great stat

We stayed here for a Family Gathering in Vegas with Kids. The resort is perfect for the Family vibe. Pool area is nice and clean. Will definitely stay again if we decide to bring to kids.

If you want a property where you can do a lot of things without leaving and you have a family. This is a good place to stay.

It was an excellent space for 4 adults & a great location for what we needed to do for our stay

We stayed for 4 days/3 nights of Spring Break. This was our second stay at this location. We find the suites very comfortable and well accommodated for our family of 5. The access to a full kitchen, two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space for a great price makes our stay easy and convenient. The property is making some renovations but overall is in good condition and well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the text check ins and fast replies if something is needed. One note: if you see traveling with children and plan to make use of the beautiful pool/outdoor spaces, these are very limited during certain times of the year. For our stay only small portions of the pools were open and for what we found to be short periods of the day. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. This is off the strip but super convenient to all the LV activities. Lots of great food options nearby. Overall, a way better deal than some other “family” stays and we will likely return.

Eh….it wasn’t great. Hotel is way off the strip, so plan on uber a lot. Bombarded with vacation sales as soon as we checked in. Not cool. Room was mediocre- a bit run down and shower has zero pressure. Stayed for four nights, no housekeeping entire time. Beds were comfy. Pool looked inviting- but high winds the entire time so we weren’t able to enjoy it. Only good options was an overpriced ‘cafe’ food choices didn’t appear great, and a tiny convenience store area. Definitely would not stay here again.

The pool and courtyard areas are always great. The rooms are spacious. It’s nice to have the fridge and cooking available. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Beware of booking this for the pool. They only opened a small portion of the pool, and completely closed it for two days. They will also try and sell you a time share. Everything else was great. Rooms are dated but big. Restaurant was decent, and great servers. We booked this for spring break pool time, and they failed at that.

All FD staff who assisted me were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Amazing! Nate, from concierge, was respectful and friendly. It's apparent that he went above and beyond to accommodate guests. Thank you to everyone for making my stay memorable as always! This is why I keep coming back!

Everything meet my families expectations!!! 10/10 recommend. We would definitely stay here again!
