Very clean, efficient staff. Area around hotel isn’t inspiring, but not the hotel’s fault (it’s Miami…)

This is a very quiet place, alot of restaurants around, clean and nice suite. The staff are very nice and helpfull!

Everything was good except there was a towels shortage

“Decent Stay, but Needs a Refresh” The suite had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was a convenient feature for preparing meals. The overall layout was nice enough, and it served its purpose for our stay. However, the suite could really use some updates—a fresh coat of paint and newer furniture would make a huge difference. While the essentials were there, the worn-out look took away from the experience a bit. If you’re not too picky and prioritize functionality over aesthetics, this could work for you. Otherwise, it might feel a little dated.

I would have preferred none carpet at all but size of the room was really comfortable good size fridge ,stove , microwave , prize was affordable . We would definitely stay again

Booked 3 rooms but Rooms are not cleaned I noticed pets shi on the floor of two rooms Request for change of room but they didn’t provide

This hotel at Kendal should be given a 4 star hotel for the facility it provides . Looks new, rooms are clean and pretty much it has everything we needed and is in great condition. Kitchen is neat and it does have all utensils . Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again for longer stay

Pretty bad shape rooms. Very limited parking lot. AC noisy and in poor condition, carpet smelled so bad. Only two chair for a 4 people suite. Hotel needs a lot of renovation. Very disappointed

First the good. People were friendly and courteous. Great location and awesome coffee. It is the only thing free but it is good. Now the not so good, it seems clean but it is not the carpet is in desperate need of steam cleaning. This hotels accepts dogs which is fine but it was very apparent the room was not deep cleaned when the last pet was there. There were empty water bottles under the bed, brown dark stains on the floor. Walking without shoes was not an option. The grass is dirty from dog poo as not all owners pick up after themselves and the staff does not clean it either. I have stayed here before and this time around it felt less pleasantly clean.

Candlewood is in a great location, convenient and safe. Parking is a bit of a challenge specially if you arrive late at night.

Very great hotel. I loved the room, price, and location. The person that checked me in made me feel very welcome. Will definitely come back soon

Overall great service, clean it was worth the stay wee will definitely be back
