There was blood on the wall. Ants and other unknown bugs everywhere. The door barely shut. Shower was disgusting. Toilet ran constantly and bathroom door shut extremely hard. The check in was extremely difficult. We had to ribg the bell, knock on a room door and call before we was able to check in.

Run like hell. My wife called the department of health on this place and SHAME ON ORBITZ for even having this place… does Orbitz actually send someone to see the properties they sign up?

My daughter and I came down for the night to go to a concert at jenks boardwalk. This was the cheapest hotel for one night and average boardwalk hotel just didn’t like that people were out at the pool until 1 o’clock in the morning being loud

They charged us before getting there even though it said pay when we arrive. We asked why and she said we have others trying to book so we had to ensure it was booked. it was very dirty, nothing is updated. It was extremely run down

Check in was easy. Room was dirty and things were severely run down. I didn’t expect much but we were offered drugs on the way to our room. The shower was un usable. And there was no air conditioning. Its summer! I didn’t expect much it was fine for a night i guess but never again.

Well, I had to fix the toilet by myself, the door had cracks on the bottom like it looked like it had been kicked in, and we then heard they had electrical problems with the pool, yet they still allowed people to swim.

The only positive thing is it's about a block away from the boardwalk. Mattress gave us back pain, shower had hair, shower rod was completely deteriorated, hair in the bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave. We didn't use the microwave so I dont know if it worked. Pool was mainly green. You get what you pay for.

I will and do not recommend. The owner was rude, there was no hot water and ants everyware, the pool was gross dirty, the only thing good about it was close to the boardwalk
