A bit of delay getting into our suite because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect, but they put us into another unit which was even better. We were very impressed with the suite which had everything we needed.

I stay here frequently and the main benefits are the easy in and out as a smaller property and the security presence and gates. One of the entry gates is broken, however, and the security officer I spoke to on property indicated it may be months away from repair which presents a risk to guests

Great staff. Units ‘homely’ standard, but very comfortable. Hot water in shower could be hotter. Soap in bathroom doss not lather . Is this the water hardness or the soap qualify?

Gave Mngmnt (Shawn F) FOUR WEEKS to respond to me after our 1.5 hr onsite meeting about unsafe, unprofessional shuttle driver as well as shared door concerns with other guest and CONSTANT noise out of 319. Note: bed is like sleeping directly on the springs. Extremely disappointed Mr S. F. broke his word he'd get back to me "soon" as i left shaking and CLEAR, "this is serious to me and I will go above you, even to state authoritties if you do not follow up soon." Apparently, he thinks this situation and I are insignificant. BIG MISTAKE!

I could have given 5 star as the property is nice and safe but I reported the bath tub drainage which isn’t working. Hope the new guests will have a better experience while using the showers

Poor customer service, manager was nice But that encounter happened at the end of the stsy and only because i demanded to speak with someone about the front desk agent, i was injured in the room on a piece of furniture, and still havent had any follow up.

“All Suites Resort” means that if you have a “Studio” you share doors through to the next room-and noise travels right through it! I heard every word spoken and the TV. and the coffee maker was broken in such a way staff would not notice-so I wrote them a note.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Stayed here in January for granddaughter's soccer tournament so didn't use any amenities. Just needed somewhere to sleep.

They have a Shuttle service to go to Excalibur , they returned to the hotel ask for the time schedule. Is really nice
